  1. Really, can you post a breakdown....?

Maybe not as much as that, I reduced it to 3-

Starbucks with the wife every morning, 500

    Petrol per day 200

    Lunch/dinner 1500

    Shopping clothes/ food /dog 500

bills and other expenses like the vet 250 per day

Something like that. If I didn't live in central BK it would be a lot less

  2. Jon make sure you shop around for flights too On a average I pay no more than £200 per leg based on a return. Sometimes some good deals out of London City airport too. (Assuming your in london N1) £200 per leg is based on a fly within 2-3 day booking so last minute. These figures are for economy fligjts which are not direct but under 16.5 hours total travel time.

Wd love to know more (single back to city airport).. esp as I live 20 minutes from there.

missed my flight back and there was no way to economically do a replacement.

  3. Question. I am surprised this area would be popular with Airbnb. Are your clients Thai or foreigners?

Does the building give you problems with short term rentals?

To be honest I wasn't sure how popular it would be. But it's one of the best condominiums in the area, close to airport link, modern and with a 7-11 and all facilities.

Our studio is small and bookings are all foreigners on a budget, but so far all very nice. No problem with the building at all, as there are so many foreigners renting there.

  4.

The Palestinian Arabs started the violence in the first place. In case you have noticed, they are the ones with no country or working economy. THEY have certainly reaped what they have sown.

Ok just to educate people who don't know, the British controlled Palestine until 1948, prior to that a Partition Plan was drawn up by the UN. Unfortunately some Zionist dude decided not to recognize this and declared a Jewish state (on the day of the end of British rule) - this was an unspecified area with no borders, infuriating the Neighbouring countries and inevitably led to a war which the Jews had kind of planned for

It's been like this ever since.

  5. Japan isn't as expensive as many people think it is. The cost is largely irrelevant as you won't get a visa to live there easily. If you have a job it isn't hard to get a visa and even PR but there is no retirement visa.

I could live in Japan on what I spend in Bangkok but would have to be more careful. I lived there for 6 years.

Sent from my iPad using Thaivisa Connect

If it's the same to live in Japan why would you need to be more careful
