You mean the ones where Biden supporters sit in their cars? Or are you referring to some imaginary ones?

No.  The ones where 5 or 6 people show up.

And lets not forget about the Hollywood Elite (will be referred to as the Hollywood Aristocracy under a Harris-Biden administration):

Undeterred by an ongoing pandemic, Kim Kardashian West has revealed she threw a party for herself and dozens of friends on a private island that swapped social distancing for dancing, bike-riding and swimming with whales.

Why is he being charged as an adult, and why is this a deciding factor in by whom he is being charged?

If charged as a minor the sentence is usually not as stiff and once he reaches adult age his record is sealed when his sentence is completed.

In most states the age of adult is 18.  Some states have it at 17 some 19 etc.

If found guilty he will be a convicted felon with a criminal record for the rest of his life.

Another thing.  It can also be used a scrare tactic to get him to flip on his co-conspiritors.  Do you want to be a convicted felon or just a 17 year old dumbass that made a mistake.

Classic case of human overreaction.  Same stupidity in America when sales of Corona Beer tanked, due to Wuhan-19 virus fear.

Fake News.  Here's an excerpt from Snopes:

A number of major news outlets appear to have walked right into the trap. Because they did not understand that the original press release was walking a fine line between deeply misleading claims and outright lies, their articles have inadvertently fallen on the side of the lie. As a viral tweet by CNN put it, the survey supposedly found that 38 percent of Americans would not drink Corona, “because of the coronavirus.”

  4. I'm just wondering if the private hospitals are starting to feel the crunch?  Sure medical tourism brings in some patients but whenever I went to see my Doctor at Bangkok Pattaya the hospital is mostly filled with Western Expats / foreigners and many have thier Thai spouse and family with them.

Medical tourism alone is not going to support all the private hospitals in Thailand.  Another related situation; what about the private schools?  Who is going to be supporting them?  If the Western Expats leave and take thier families with them, who's going to be paying the tuition and attending those schools?

Now with the ACH IAT policy change and IDD being available for SSA/VA and maybe DFAS (mil ret) payments,

I'm a US Dept of Defense employee and I have a $100.00 allotment per pay period going to Bangkok Bank.  Just for emergency baht if I wind up at DMK or BKK with none.  Anyway this last pay period; 13 December my allotment went thru posted as an International Transfer.  I also transferred $1000.00 from Navy Fed, same day and it bounced back.  So it looks like DFAS will still work.

    Another disgrace from the West.

Any world leader who claims to care about democracy and human rights should boycott any state visit to Thailand all the while it has ZERO democracy and human rights.

But of course America, England, and all the rest will happily go along with the great god, Profit - and to hell with human suffering ...

Any TV poster who claims to care about democracy and human rights should boycott Thailand and return back to whatever nanny state from whence they came.

But of course they will happily go along and keep whining about filing a TM 30.

  7. If you're heading up towards Pattaya then Bronx Pizza on Soi Lengkee (next to the Haven). Pizza by the slice or whole.  Its one of the best I've found.  The owner is from NY and a former cook in the US Navy.

Just around the corner on Soi Bukhao is the Brooklyn Diner.  Also a great pizza, cooked in a wood fired brick oven.
