Where is the tourist?

I only see a disrespecting Thai sitting on a statue, is the tourist hiding behind the Thai?

If he has been found guilty why is his name not mentioned in this report?

He deserves the same anonymity as his victims who he splashed all over the web.

Last year the government backed down from banning people from riding in the bed/tray area and at the same time they also backed down from banning passengers from sitting in the rear seat of space cabs.

This was (apparently) only postponed, so that it could be enforced properly.

From the story:

The government originally planned to enforce strict new laws that would ban all passengers from riding in the cargo bed of pickup trucks and also behind the driver’s seat in extended cab pickup trucks.

Even though this is not currently enforced, it could be bought into affect with only a moment's notice.

This was brought up last year just before Songkran.

It was part of the drive to ban passengers from sitting in the tray/bed area.

The government advised at that time that the rear seat was in fact a cargo area and not really a seat.

How long before the police announce that they have checked the CCTV at the ATM and confirm that she wasn't even there?

I have heard thousands of arguments for and against the banning of MJ but I have never heard of the 'illogical reasoning' theory.
