Gee, hard to imagine it anything other than an accident. Intoxicated from a pubcrawl, wandering alone presumably at night, he falls. End of story. The only reason it makes news is the locale. Koh Tao is a dangerous place where hi-so Thai brats can get away with murder, but this is just an accident, for sure.

British man arrested for begging to buy drugs in Koh Pha Ngan
Foreign Jim replied to webfact's topic in Koh Samui News
He looks like he could use a sandwich, a shirt, and a shower. Fn loser. -
Sean Mcanna At the risk of falling down the rabbit hole of this case, here is Sean. He is not a person of interest imho. He fled to save his own life. Open mind? Other possibilities? You have an island of Thais who know the family who killed Hannah and David. You've got a suspect Fresh Milk fleeing in the middle of the night to create some fake alibi that he was tucked in a dorm room. LOL It's laughable. Anyway... I am turning this <deleted> off as it just conjurs up the same stupidity from 10 years ago.

Thank you. I remember that piece of lying crap from the case. And I do remember his name and face popping up in subseqent years as to his corruption. This Asean "news" is simultaneously hopful and discouraging to anyone who was here during that farce. I'm glad people know Win and Zaw are scapegoats. I am glad they know Nimrod, whatever his Fresh Milk nickname is, the real killer. FFS, it's supported by CCTV footage of some Toovichian relative of his running all over the scene! And I'm glad people know that the entire ordeal was an elaborate show to free a killer and to jail two innocents. And yet, I'm discouraged the charade continues. These kids are now adults. They should be set free.

Why did Asean roll over and report Win and Zaw as murderers in the headline? They are not murderers. They are scapegoats. Everyone knows they are scapegoats. Foreigners living in Thailand know they are scapegoats. Thais know they are scapegoats. You even had Thai cops complaining that Win and Zaw weren't being 'good scapegoats' because of the fuss they were kicking up about ....drum roll....being scapegoats.

Overcharging Phuket Motorbike Taxi Driver Attacks Foreign Tourist
Foreign Jim replied to webfact's topic in Phuket News
You don't seem to understand how GRAB works. The tourist booked and the arranged price was 56 bhat. He got driven to his destination and the driver tried to charge 100 baht. How was the tourist supposed to "get the next one?" -
