By being so clear about what he wants to do , he probably shot himself in the foot 

Every time a look on Shopee or Lazada for anything, it's always shipped from China and need to wait 2 or 3 weeks. 

Anyone know where I can find such fittings in BKK ?

Had many muslim friends in KL, many of which would publicly talk about how hungry and thirsty they were during Ramadan, and were feasting away at lunch time with curtains drawn. Peer pressure is a bit part of it

Hi , my kids has acute sinusitis and got all the meds 

one thing doctors don’t do is old remedies - steam / nebulisers. Did not have meds as a kid , so inhaling steam sometimes with a smidge of Vicks was the approach - would make your nose run faster than Husain Bolt

any OTC things to use ? I am using relatively hot water that has been boiled to make sure I don’t introduce more issues

There is no data on use  such as you describe (only at night but more than 7 days) so no one can really answer that question nor assure you it is OK.

 

The larger question is why you would need it for so long as these sprays are meant for temporary relief of  congestion from  acute (short-tetm) causes like common cold. 

 

If you have a chronic condition like allergy then there may be more advisable medicines. And if you have chronic sinusitis that requires other treatment.

 

Suggest you see a good ENT. Where in Thailand do you live?

My son (6yrs ) picked up a bug, and we still had the kid version of the spray and it's the only relief he got at night. We are on day 6 now, and Dr's could not find the cause....  but I figured it out last night - he added to his list of issues a sore eye and point to forehead "hurts" - pretty sure it's sinusitis 

Did tests ie covid, flu and blood tests - all negative 

Normally most bugs with Antibiotics, clears in a few days, never had 6 days straight issues like this.

Going ENT now. 

Love the stuff, but there is a clear description to use no more than 3x a day and not more than 7 days in a week = 21 uses. 

if use ie 9 days and only at night....  wondering what the impact might be ?

any views appreciated.

I used to machine metal...  kinda feel that titanium was not so hard to machine as apposed to ie stainless steel
