20yrs exp in construction/spec real estate in the US-15 yrs of which was running my own business doing yearly gross of 500k average-retired early and found out that 43 is too young to not be doing something-currently living in Pattaya but would consider relocating-personable, presentable, bright and have some amount of common sense(you dont see much of that here)-not a drunken bg chasing expat living a cheap fantasy-like I said successful but qualified for what I dont know-my fantasy would be doing some sort of internet thing from home-curious and hopeful to see if anything turns up-thanks for reading-wn?

just moved out a condo and into a house-guy I rent from has been doing alooot of upgrades including security grates on all doors and windows-2 upstairs windows were not finished but I wasnt worried cuz they are new and lock tightly-my GF and I went to have lunch and came back to find my laptop and camera gone-theres been a boatload of service people through the place the last couple weeks so half of Pattaya knows whats in the house-landlord and the police were right there and did all they could which wasnt much-inquery police even came out the next day and questioned all the neighbors but of course nobody saw anything-the last 2 grates got put on that afternoon-now my GF is so paranoid I need 20 different keys to get in and out-its like living in lockdown-I see a big mean dog in my near future-I guess that explains why my neighbor has a pair of Rottweilers...

very cool place-do the 1 hour trek as well as the show-around 2000 bt per person-also check out the million years stone park aka the crocodile farm-both are in the same area

regardless of what they say the possibility of a background check followed by deportation is a very real possibility-see the story about the 2 fake degree holders doing 3 months in jail before getting the boot-not a pretty scenario-to get a work permit you must have a degree-save your money
