    It's like going round a circle 😱 Same thing said every year about drink driving alcohol drugs speeding what ever More heavy police enforcement fines and so on nothing changes but the number of accidents increase plus injuries deaths 😢

    I am not sure which is the worst Tourist destination getting the most bad publicity Pattaya or Phuket these days 🤔 Both supposed to be best known for quality Tourists coming to Thailand The police need to start arresting more of these people getting Thailand a bad reputation 😱

    You would have thought the Japanese business man living in Thailand for 20 years and in business for 14 years would have been aware of the Thais used to scamming people in the media news most days Must be a slow learner 😱

    Owners should have their dogs under control if not and the dogs bite people they the owners get a heavy fine and the dogs destroyed or put down No excuses people who own dogs should know the rules
