well the 100 years deterrent did not work if all they are going to get is blacklisted again

no new TM 47 or the copies of the passport ect 

Reminds me of the story of the tourist flying in from the USA

arrived at the UK Customs who opened his suitcase which was full of shit

the customs guy thought you are hiding something. In here 

 so rolled up his sleeves and went through it found nothing sealed the suitcase up and asked the guy why

the guy replies I won it in a crap game in Las Vegas 

The guy was lucky his Credit card company advised him on the purchases 

he should have notified them straight away and cancelled his card  

as already mentioned what was he waiting for

some one to hand in

Have to report after sending off my paperwork for the 90 day reporting via EMS

which was due 11th June

was getting worried about not getting back the Receipt of notification from the Immigration  here in Bangkok via the Thai postal service 

I can happily report received yesterday  15th June  they had sent it on the 10th June 

okay now until the 9th September

Well done to the Thai Immigration and Postal service 

well at least he turned up met the woman and returned her money

disappointed he did not give her a Wai 

if he had left it any longer  could have been doing a Wai with a lot of people pointing the finger 

looks like we are having the updated version of the Fugitive for those who can remember the series

as he hides out  in Pattaya the Media are out looking for him 

This is going to upset the No tourist doom-mongers on here

who only want to read about  less tourists 

lots of tourists are not found in the beach bars ect

some proberly a lot do visit the tourist sites in Thailand

I have sent off the required paperwork for the 90 day reporting  to Immigration at Chaengwattana Bangkok 

via EMS ( they received  the letter ) with the return stamped envelope 28th May enclosed 

I have had  two done same method no problem sent off 15 days before and received back with in a week 

my 90 day finishing date is the 11th June  

still waiting for the receipt of  the new  90 paperwork from them 

would accept any advice on Options if not received by the 11th

should I wait a few more days have the EMS paperwork as being received  at Chaengwattana

after reading this guys story

I do have sympathy for him there are plenty more guys on here who it has  happened to but keep it to themselves  

there is the saying a fool and his money are soon  parted  but not all are in that boat

seems like Trust is not part of a Thai woman's thoughts  when money is involved greed takes over  

I have already commented on here about Brexit loss of jobs investment ect already happening if there is no deal worse

but that's what the majority of people voted for Brexit  in the UK

my concern was as living here the pound exchange rate going  lower and no doubt will get worse 

I hope to be proved wrong 

but what will be will be 

Well besides been found plastered and robbed by ladyboys

Most of us would want to keep that side of things quite will have some explaining to his mates when he returns to the UK

about the joys of Pattaya 

if a person is determined to kill themselves for what ever reason whether it be jumping off a Condo Mall or what ever building  there is not much one can do 

they have made  their mind up to go through with it 

don't want to seen as  Pessimistic  but there will no doubt be more doing the same  in the future 

I can imagine quite a few of us on here don't have the luxury ( option ) of moving out  as most of what we had is invested in Thailand house  family expenses ect 

could not afford to move else where and start again 

Made my choice years back of retiring in Thailand  

try to remain positive rather than negative on Immigration matters ect

I would think there is more people retiring here  than leaving  

each to his own 

there is probably more guys in this position in Thailand hiding away hoping they don't get found out  no money ect 

his problem was barricading himself in and   bringing  attention to his plight

Seems  some people on this site are not happy with tourist numbers on the increase  to Thailand

they would rather see a decrease  and look for the Negative  side of things rather than the positive 

Tourists will always come to Thailand Chinese  now Indians next ?

Seems to be a bit of a contradiction on exactly what they were doing there 

according to a Company called Ocean builders who seemingly own the site

the people on there were living rent free 

but some articles claim he was involved in investing his Bitcoin ?

was reading about this in the British Media newspapers this morning

more surprised hearing nothing  earlier as the guy died last year ?
