I always say Thailand needs to be more selective when permitting foreigners from certain countries to enter Thailand. Repeal Visa on Arrival and Visa Free entry for countries like Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Belarus, Lithuania, Romania, Nigeria, Kazakhstan, China and some other countries.
