  1. anotherexpat, you didn't mention the cause of your knee pain? That might be important as to the type of painkiller you need. Or possibly you need a knee replacement?
  2. I have lower back pain and have tried Naproxen, Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Diclofenac Oral, with only moderate pain relief . The only med that alleviates back pain is one containing Tramadol but use it only occasionally due to possible addiction. My brother used a pain med for back pain and became addicted to it thus I am leery of continued use of Tramadol. However it completely eliminates any pain . I also use Diclofenac gel for Achilles tendonitis which is very effective. Will try Celebrex and see how that works for back pain.
  3. I have heard good reviews of Tarka House in Pattaya from friends who have eaten there. Will try it. Another good Indian restaurant is Indigo across the soi from Boyztown.

  9. You really need an X-Ray and MRI of your back to determine the cause of the pain. If there is deterioration of the spine there are various stretches to help but nothing will completely eliminate it other than possibly surgery, and that is problematic.
  10. In Jomtien Complex there is a bar which has Trivia Night about once a week, on Tuesday. Believe the name is BuBu bar and is located close to Dick's Cafe. Coming from the beach area it is located on the first entrance into Jomtien Complex aka Supertown
