    I had exactly the same problem when I obtained a new passport. The TM30 data includes your passport details,

    So if the Pattaya office is the only one in Chonburi province doing this (at the moment) could you go to another office in Chonburi ie Si Racha with no problem ? Or do you have to use the nearest office to your address as confirmed by Immigration ?

    Exactly what is causing the confusion. All visas based on retirement or marriage are for 1 year. Unless you go on the day of issue, your visa will obviously be valid for less than one year.

    I gave up trying to make a call on Teams, now I have installed Mytello which works perfectly and costs even less.

    Nothing was said when the transfer was done, but was raised a month later when doing my 90 day report. Luckily my wife was with me so could do a new TM30. After some initial mutterings about late reporting, there was no fine

    When I received my new passport Jomtien insisted on a new TM30 as the previous one was linked to my old passport number.
