Not without an appointment. People have been turned away for not having an appointment.

There has been at least one topic about it.

1 topic don't cut it UJ as sanemax says even if the booking slots were full that would leave over 25% of daily arrivals in Vientiane in uproar. The lack of feedback on all platforms suggests something is amiss.

Many people using Vientiane for visa runs use visa run companies. Those doing so will have been informed of the rules by the company, and in many cases assisted by the company in getting a reserved slot. Also, at least until a few days ago, it was possible to purchase a queue ticket from touts outside the consulate.

Very odd. Still concerned with the lack of real info.

  3. We give 5k a quarter and send 1250 baht of nourishment foods a month.

In the future we will provide care and accommodation to them but not on there terms. I doubt they would want to leave there village and there is zero chance of us moving there.

My concern is the sister and her BF. Been together 7 years started to ask questions about pregnancy tests recently. Gotta feeling we would have to take care of the child as both work. Im not against it but the terms of such an arrangement would be interesting to hear.

The road is long....yadda yadda...what kind of a defense is that to your club's failure to win the Premier for almost  3 decades.

I know you're a youngster, your continuous 'lets aggravate' posts show us that, but have you actually ever seen your club be champions of england? Bet you haven't eh.

Not in my adult years no. Your a Muppet end of discussion. Worth it.

With all due respect, your post is complete nonsense. The Forza is bigger than the PCX, but a Forza can go down any road or through any space that a PCX can maneuver through. The real limit is the widest points on a bike, which is the distance from the outside points on the rear view mirrors, and is largely determined by the length of the handlebars. The distance is virtually identical on the Forza and PCX. You might find that the seat or the gas tank on the Forza is too wide for your comfort. But, it has nothing to do with "the roads [you] use" -- nothing.

Your OP says "Im not spending a baht over 50k" -- your words. No qualification. And as time passes, the price of the PCX for a given quality used bike tends to rise, not fall, as the price of the new PCX rises. True, a 2017 PCX will be cheaper in 3 years' time, but it will also be 3 years older and have more km's of use. If you wait one year and would consider a 2017 PCX (or NMax) now, you would want a 2018 PCX then, which will likely be more expensive. A PCX is now B25,000 more than when I bought my PCX 150, which I sold for a Forza several years ago and to which I added a new Forza 1+ months ago. There is no place that I cannot go on my Forza that I could go on my PCX -- none!!

Your original post was a waste of your time, and your following posts have been a waste of our time. Buy what ever you want, and don't ask for advice unless you can provide enough accurate information to make that advice mean something, even remotely. Next...……..

Sorry I'm not you to read all of that as it looks like a waste of time. Made my decision Nmax or a pcx but the Nmax is in front. Forza is too big. Maybe not for a fatlad.

The system is in operation. Reports are that, without a booking and queue number, you will not be allowed inside the consulate. I think you will need to find an alternative if you need to do your application between the dates you specify. There is a particular reported problem now that existing bookings cannot be cancelled. Thus, while in the past repeatedly checking for released slots might get you a slot, there is now no possibility of this (unless, perhaps, someone calls the consulate to report that they cannot make their application and request cancellation, presumably rare if it happens at all).

What reports are they? I cannot see any reports indicating this.

  7. Tried this Vientiane booking system. Slightly alarmed as:

If you have no middle name you cannot get past the sign up.

The booking system seems to have 0 slots available on any day between 20th march until 4th April.

I checked each weekday between those dates. Zero slots available.

I requested non immigrant visa which I believe is the same as non O. Seemed like the only choice of three that applied to my need.

What is more alarming is the lack of reports on here from users. I am having trouble believing this system is so widely publicised and all travellers to Vientiane are aware of this.

Surely this system is not operational and the old system still applies?

    Pep on Sancho:

Pep Guardiola has said that Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho decided not to take the challenge at Manchester City when he left the Premier League club.

"I don't know. He didn't want to take this challenge, this opportunity to discover if he was able to," Guardiola told the media.

"He decided to go there. So, it's perfect. It's going well and congratulations on what he is doing.

"He is doing an incredible performance. He did it incredibly well this season. What would have happened this season [at City]? I don't know.

"Again, with the players, it depends on them and what they do on the pitch."

It's irrelevant what he thinks. He chose to let a top player leave for a pittance same player worth 100m less than 2 years later. It should make the sheikhs wonder if investing a bit more time in youth is:

    A. Cheaper

    B. Better advert for youth

    C. Better business than buying likes of mahrez for 60m

    D. with such a strategy would investigations of wrong doing be tarnishing them?

There's a club with egg on their face and there's a 100m star with a bug smile.

    Do the maths.

^City do not need to win the CL this year no more than any other club. Be good to win it but no disaster if we don't - we will keep progressing upwards as we have done since 2008 as a club.

Ere I think you will find winning the CL is regarded as progress. Not winning it is a sign of a lack of progress. In your case getting to a semi may be deemed progress.

What you talking about. Do we eck NEED to win it. We are the relative new boys to the comp and so improvement is enough. Be lovely to win it but we don't NEED to. Shouldn't the teams with all that history you keep on harping on about be the ones who NEED to win it?

See this is exactly what I'm talking about. City fans are displaying the same type of mentality as spurs and the only difference is the cheque book. As an elite team the answer is and always is. Yes. Need to win it. That's the difference right there lad. Your like an orphan with a benefactor and your just pleased to be part of the pack. It's that lack of ambition that might turn your sheikhs head.

Well there's certainly been no glory for your lot in the last 10 years so I can see why you want to go back further than that

If we had your clubs lack of ethics and a money bags state backing them I doubt that would be the case but if you offered me nearly men or cheating and winning men I know what I choose every time. It's a plastic cabinet lad it makes united look respectable and that's not easy to say as a LFC fan.

4 finals in 20 years but it's 28 years 315 days since you were last champions of england: one can only conclude from that being champions of England must be harder to achieve then. We've been champions three times, even Blackburn and Leicester have won one each.

The road is long. But it will have been worth the wait and we will do it the right way. Shrewdly and with oozes of class.

Firstly you need to be clearer with your posts;  if you say history people will understand you mean history. I'll give you a B+ for effort but must try harder in class.

Secondly if we didn't have it, we do now, so up yours.????

Keep on picking up Premiers over CLs I'll be a very happy man.

Firstly you need to stop with giving grades out as it is clear you were a dunce in your class. Made more gaffes than the queens husband and you still need your mrs to find the footy on the TV after 15 years. Most know what "history" of a club means. We're talking glory not riches so if you class the last 10 years as glory then its only as a result of the riches and it's the reason no one will ever be jealous of city. It's a plastic trophy cabinet.

Most choose David over Goliath. Not city fans.

Rick brought up that City have no history and now everybody's  favourite R2D2 has picked that ball and is running with it.

City have not been as successful as ManU, but to say City have no history shows ignorance of the facts. I've already mentioned the first point below before, but here's a few more from our 'history':

    1. Manchester City FC (1894), 8 years older than manchester united fc (1902).

    2. City were the first Manchester club to win a major trophy, lifting the FA Cup in 1904.

    3. City, NOT ManU, hold the record for highest attendance at club home ground with 84,569 at Maine Road (for an FA Cup tie with Stoke City on 3 March 1934)...we have no fans, oh yeah!

    4. City were arguably the more successful of City and ManU up until World War Two, and the crowds reflect it, with City having a higher attendance in 31 of the seasons from 1900 to 1939.

READ THAT AGAIN...CITY USED TO BE THE BIGGEST CLUB.

That means there are still plenty of people around (including my folks) who can remember City as the top club in Manchester.

But no doubt you guys will ignore the facts as usual and peddle your ignorant myths that City have no history, the Etihad is always empty and all City fans are from Stockport, etc.

Oh and the Manchester and Liverpool rivalry does not originate with Fergie but originates 200 years ago with the Manchester Ship Canal - the point is, IT'S NOT YOURS!

    ????

Yh when you put it like that course everyone has history but the kind of history I'm talking about is the history that builds the belief system in clubs and fans and you just cannot buy that.  Only a handful of clubs have it in England and city ain't one of them. Let's be clear. City NEED to win the CL this year make no mistake but you just don't yearn for it I don't see the passion where the CL is concerned and I detect the belief system of actually lifting that trophy is lacking.
