  2. then forget getting a response from me in future, simple as that. Its also against forum rules
  3. Are you forgetting about Hamas? Unless they are dismantled from Gaza then the attacks on Israel will carry on. Are you also forgetting about Palestinian people? Only five per cent of Palestinians support a two-state solution; three-quarters want Israel wiped off the map
  4. Next time quote my full post that had the reason why and don't take it out of context
  5. Yes, the sad reality is that is probably true, one of the reasons stated why Hamas broke the last hostage/prisoner exchange deal.
  6. Why on earth would it make it awkward for the US? “We continue to believe that allegations of genocide are unfounded and note the court did not make a finding about genocide or call for a ceasefire in its ruling and that it called for the unconditional, immediate release of all hostages being held by Hamas,” a US State Department spokesperson told The Times of Israel. “The court’s ruling is consistent with our view that Israel has the right to take action to ensure the terrorist attacks of October 7 cannot be repeated, in accordance with international law,” the spokesperson said. It does make it very awkward for Hamas however. They have been ordered to release all hostages immediately without any preconditions. Something also issued in the last UN Security Council resolution. Not that terrorists take any notice but the ICJ has allowed Israel to carry on killing them. I hope you'll be calling for Hamas to release the hostages as loudly as calling for Israel to follow through with the other measures?
  7. Mostly Israel and the USA can stop this war. How wrong you are. There are a very large group of terrorists who could stop it all today.
  8. This topic is "Hamas: Oct 7 was 'necessary, normal response' to 'Israeli conspiracies'" Not ICJ, if you disagree with that you need help
  9. You know exactly who they are. Oh and no ceasefire and order for immediate release of all hostages. If that's the party you are attending join the relevant topic......
  10. Deflection. Providing a link to the appropriate topic for his post.
  11. You should check the latest, Hamas and SA are not celebrating and your in the wrong topic with that too https://aseannow.com/topic/1318095-provisional-decision-today-icj-weighs-emergency-measures-amid-allegations-of-genocide-in-gaza
  12. Canada has joined the US and suspended funding. Canada pauses funding to UN relief agency over workers' possible role in Oct. 7 attack on Israel The United Nations agency for Palestinian refugees (UNRWA) said on Friday it had opened an investigation into several employees suspected of involvement in the Oct. 7 attacks in Israel by Hamas-led militants and that it had severed ties with those staff members. "The Israeli authorities have provided UNRWA with information about the alleged involvement of several UNRWA employees in the horrific attacks on Israel on Oct. 7," said Philippe Lazzarini, UNRWA commissioner general. "To protect the agency's ability to deliver humanitarian assistance, I have taken the decision to immediately terminate the contracts of these staff members and launch an investigation in order to establish the truth without delay." https://www.cbc.ca/news/world/unrwa-israel-raids-investigations-1.7095676
  13. The ICJ didn’t call on Israel to stop its military campaign against Hamas. It did call on Hamas to release the hostages—immediately and unconditionally.
  14. Of course There is overwhelming evidence whether you like it or not, even from the hostages who have returned, in one hospital alone 30 hostages were held. They packed the family into an ambulance and brought them to a hospital Sharon said she now recognizes from the news as Nasser, in Khan Younis. Three days later, Sharon said, she heard crying outside their room. She instantly recognized the cries as Emma’s. “This guy just handed me Emma, like she’s a box or something. And I was shocked,” she said. “ I was certain she was dead. She was panicking and crying. I couldn’t believe that they brought her back to us.” Reunited, the family spent the next few weeks in a room on the hospital’s first floor. Stacked boxes separated the hostage section from the rest of the hospital floor, Sharon said. She described sleeping with the girls on a small bed, using a pillow stained with blood. At one point, she said, 12 hostages were packed in the tiny room. The family soon found out they were being held near two additional rooms of captives, nearly 30 in total. Captors eventually let the hostages spend time in one another’s rooms, Cunio said. https://apnews.com/article/israel-hamas-gaza-war-hostages-cunio-captivity-869241bb259b00a8f98817edf89b0bc8
  15. US maintains genocide allegations against Israel are unfounded, after ICJ ruling The United States stands by its position that South Africa’s genocide case against Israel at the International Court of Justice is “unfounded,” in its first response to the court’s decision to move forward with a case against Israel while stopping short of ordering an immediate ceasefire in Gaza. “We continue to believe that allegations of genocide are unfounded and note the court did not make a finding about genocide or call for a ceasefire in its ruling and that it called for the unconditional, immediate release of all hostages being held by Hamas,” a US State Department spokesperson tells The Times of Israel. “The court’s ruling is consistent with our view that Israel has the right to take action to ensure the terrorist attacks of October 7 cannot be repeated, in accordance with international law,” the spokesperson adds. https://www.timesofisrael.com/liveblog_entry/us-maintains-genocide-allegations-against-israel-are-unfounded-after-icj-ruling/
  16. From today’s @CIJ_ICJ ruling: “The order then states that the court deems it necessary to emphasize that all parties to the conflict in the Gaza Strip are bound by international humanitarian law. It is 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 abducted during the attack in Israel on 7 October 2023 and held since then by Hamas and other armed groups and calls for their 𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞.”
  17. Minutes after yesterdays ICJ rulings, the Hamas terrorists released another shocking under duress video of 3 female hostages saying they don't have much time left, an hour glass is also shown. Its a spit in the eye to the court, Israel and the families https://twitter.com/AvivaKlompas/status/1750894777627808182 Hamas publishes new propaganda clip showing 3 Israeli hostages in Gaza https://www.timesofisrael.com/liveblog_entry/hamas-publishes-new-propaganda-clip-showing-3-israeli-hostages-in-gaza/
  18. "The Court has also stated that it “is gravely concerned about the fate of the hostages abducted during the attack on Israel on 7 October 2023 and held since then by Hamas and other armed groups, and calls for their immediate and unconditional release” (see Order, para. 85)." Opinion by JUDGE (AD HOC) BARAK ICJ 1. South Africa came to the Court seeking the immediate suspension of the military operations in the Gaza Strip. It has wrongly sought to impute the crime of Cain to Abel. The Court rejected South Africa’s main contention and, instead, adopted measures that recall Israel’s existing obligations under the Genocide Convention. The Court has reaffirmed Israel’s right to defend its citizens and emphasized the importance of providing humanitarian aid to the population of Gaza. The provisional measures indicated by the Court are thus of a significantly narrower scope than those requested by South Africa. 2. Notably, the Court has emphasized that “all parties to the conflict in the Gaza Strip are bound by international humanitarian law”, which certainly includes Hamas. The Court has also stated that it “is gravely concerned about the fate of the hostages abducted during the attack on Israel on 7 October 2023 and held since then by Hamas and other armed groups, and calls for their immediate and unconditional release” (see Order, para. 85). https://www.icj-cij.org/sites/default/files/case-related/192/192-20240126-ord-01-05-en.pdf 10 pages^^^
  19. Well that's unfortunate. The very UN that the judges were quoting from, that helped influence their decisions on provisional measures has just had its funding suspended by the White House for suspicion of terror activities on the 7th Oct. New topic here: Allegations of UN Agency Staff Involvement in Hamas Attacks Prompt U.S. Funding Pause https://aseannow.com/topic/1318180-allegations-of-un-agency-staff-involvement-in-hamas-attacks-prompt-us-funding-pause/
  20. Exactly. IDF can continue to dismantle the terrorist friends of SA
