Israel Hamas War the Widening Middle East Conflict
Bkk Brian replied to Social Media's topic in The War in Israel
This war can stop today, Hamas the terrorists can release the hostages. More horrific revelations coming out of what they do to the hostages in captivity. Hamas tortured Israeli hostage to death after misinterpreting eagle tattoo, brother says A hostage was tortured to death by Hamas because they thought he was an Israeli pilot due to his eagle tattoo, his grieving brother told lawmakers Monday. Speaking before Knesset about the death of Itzik Elgarat, Dani Elgarat revealed that Hamas kidnapped his brother on Oct. 7, 2023, when they spotted an eagle tattoo on his arm and mistook the 68-year-old for a military pilot, the Times of Israel reported. “They took him for interrogation and he never came back,” Dani told lawmakers. “…He suffered a heart attack during interrogation under torture.” https://nypost.com/2025/06/30/world-news/hamas-tortured-hostage-to-death-after-misinterpreting-eagle-tattoo-brother-says/ -
Pity that does not include the BBC. Ofcom are making an urgent investigation while the beeb are busy apologizing The BBC has said it regrets not pulling the live stream of Bob Vylan's "unacceptable" Glastonbury set - as Ofcom said the broadcaster has "questions to answer". The corporation has faced mounting criticism over airing the performance on Glastonbury's West Holts Stage, during which the rap-punk duo's frontman Bobby Vylan led chants of: "Free, free Palestine" and: "Death, death to the IDF (Israel Defence Forces)". Prime Minister Keir Starmer condemned the remarks, while festival organiser Emily Eavis said they "crossed a line" - and media watchdog Ofcom has now also released a statement raising concerns. https://news.sky.com/story/very-concerned-ofcom-says-bbc-has-questions-to-answer-after-streaming-anti-idf-chants-at-glastonbury-13390388

EU review indicates Israel breached human rights in Gaza
Bkk Brian replied to bannork's topic in The War in Israel
So no news then The Irish! who changed the very definition of Genocide especially for Israel.................... Several European diplomats said they expected Kallas to propose some options during that meeting, with one stressing no action was likely to be agreed on before the end of the summer, adding the war in Iran has moved the goalposts — pushing some nations to voice renewed support for Israel. https://www.timesofisrael.com/eu-report-finds-indications-that-israeli-actions-in-gaza-violate-cooperation-deal/ -
My pleasure: The BBC’s broadcast of Glastonbury hate chanting is nothing short of criminal This isn’t just for Ofcom any more. It’s time for the police https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2025/06/29/bbc-hate-chanting-glastonbury-death-idf-broadcast-ofcom/

You were displaying the lowest form of wit so I corrected form you back to the serious offense this is without the need for such deflection.
-
Why would the police take into account the Shadow Home Secretary's views. They have all the evidence right there in front of them. As you and just about anyone who is interested in this case. They just need to do their job, and not let it become another classic case of two tier justice
-
He is guilty as sin, witnessed by hundreds of thousands of people and still on video now. He broke the law, he needs justice dealt out as stated by Chris Philp
-
So which account by the Iranians are you going to go with, the one from the Supreme leader, the one from the Foreign Minister or this unreliable intercept with no source names? "A source, who declined to be named, confirmed that account to Reuters but said there were serious questions about whether the Iranian officials were being truthful, and described the intercepts as unreliable indicators."

Hate speech is not free, it has consequences. "Sir Keir Starmer condemned Robinson-Foster’s “appalling hate speech” and warned that the BBC had questions to answer."
-
He is bringing up that simple fact that this cretin was inciting hatred and death to hundreds of thousands of Israeli soldiers. Not only that, he used that opportunity to spread this malicious language not to a few facebook followers but live to everyone at the Glastonbury stage he was playing at and to millions listening live on BBC. There is no question that he broke the law and as Chris Philp he stated: “He should be arrested and prosecuted immediately. A failure to do so would be a clear example of two-tier justice under Sir Keir Starmer and his attorney general, Lord Hermer.” What is it exactly you do not agree with on the above?
-
"Chris Philp, the shadow home secretary, said: “It seems very clear that this man was directly inciting violence. He should receive the same treatment under the law as others, such as Lucy Connolly." https://archive.ph/Kg3Z9 You prefer two tier justice?
-
Agreed Hate speech rapper ‘must be treated like Lucy Connolly’ Police told not arresting Bob Vylan frontman over ‘death to the IDF’ chants would be ‘clear example of two-tier justice’ https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2025/06/29/streeting-israel-get-own-house-in-order-glastonbury-row/

It's a crime in the UK. The weirdos will get their rewards for their malicious speech in the UK
-
No harm done? They called for the mass murder of the IDF. There are consequences for speech and the police are on it now.

No you've not got it at all. First you need to read what he actually said in context to and the rest of his very detailed report. The CNN leaked early assessment who nobody has actually seen, only cherry picked excerpts makes claims that have turned out to be simply untrue. Where does the US and Israel say years to enrich Uranium? The US Assessment: CIA says it has evidence Iran’s nuclear program was ‘severely damaged’ Israel Assessment: Israeli officials see "significant" damage to Iran's nuclear facilities

I'll be surprised to read this as a feature in mainstream media although its a direct threat to US personal as well as local Palestinian employees working for GHF giving out life saving aid. Last time they made a similar warning a coach load of GHF aid workers was attacked by Hamas, many killed and those that were injured and taken to hospital, Hamas refused to allow them to get treatment. As reported in this topic before. URGENT Release from GHF: We are aware of credible reports that Hamas is openly targeting the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation and those who work with us. According to these reports, Hamas has placed bounties on both our American security personnel and Palestinian aid workers, offering cash rewards to anyone who injures or kills them. In recent days, Hamas has also pre-positioned armed operatives near humanitarian zones in an effort to disrupt the only functioning aid delivery system in Gaza. The targets of Hamas’s brutality are heroes who are simply trying to feed the people of Gaza in the middle of a war. Our U.S. security personnel, some of America’s most elite and decorated veterans, are on the ground to protect people. More in the link above

Rubbish its about Shira Law, read the OP. "Is Sharia Law Next"
-
This is not about Jewish courts and as I said currently NO law over rides UK law. Fact. Enough of your deflection from the topic
-
Sure in the UK its very different, last poll I saw, nearly a third of Muslims want Sharia Law introduced fully within the UK
