If converting from GBP then you're correct up until about £1,200. After that Wise beat Revolut on cost.
i recently saw a lot of complaints about Revolut customer service if there is a problem. Very poor, so i read

I, and many others here, subscribe to an IPTV service. I don't know if they offer a month trial, but that might be an option for you. Then if you like it, and you will, you can continue with it. It isn't that expensive. As for the after midnight kickoffs, catchup is usually available for 2-3 days. Or there are a number of websites where recordings of matches can be seen by us the next morning (I'm about to watch Villa/Liverpool). I usually download onto my PC and transfer to a usb to watch on tv (downloading directly to a usb is slower in my experience), although if you have a fast enough wifi you can just 'cast' it to the tv.
would be useful if you told us the name of this service, and maybe a link to it. No point in mentioning it otherwise.

Just like vintage ThaiVisa where members posted hints and tips to help each other, unlike posters nowadays.
May I suggest https://livetv.sx/enx/ for all your football / sports needs.
i have never found a site such as you suggest that works.

I for one am considering not making my usual transfers to Thailand but using my UK ATM and visa cards to make purchases. Contactless makes that so easy now. I'll use the money I already have saved here to make minor purchases where a card isn't possible, but even many market stalls have QR codes now.
get the Green Wise card for the ATM here. Its very good

Thai motorcyclists, loads of them, on Hua Hin beaches every day.............again........double standards.
I think Thailand needs to take a look in the mirror sometimes, ask themselves.........what do they see?

Lets all share this as much as possible to all of our countries, so that everyone at home can buy good quality masks to ensure our Thai friends are protected.
i wonder if this will have an effect on the tourism industry?
but as usual, this stupidity will go away very fast.

I was just trolling marin before when I said I wasn’t leaving today, I have been at the airport since 9am.
This is it. My last ever post on AN.
it’s been an experience, but off I go to my next destination.

some good, some not so good.
Maybe one day I will be back, But to be honest i’m not sure.
I think I have had enough.
much Love.

why did he want to go in that noisy, smelly, uncomfortable Tuk Tuks anyway?
and you have to be a bit thick not to know there will be selling involved if you agree to go to a shop that sponsers the driver.
i cant see anything the Thai people did wrong here.

He is not famous!
Only known to some people who watch You Tube.
I watched him travel to all provinces on his little scooter, that was interesting.
But he is a total wuss.
Always moaning and looking for sympathy
This bike ride attempt was ridiculous. He is not fit enough mentally or physically.

most of this is, as usual, total crap.
apparantly the VICTIM received a minor kick to the shin (cctv evidence so i hear)
if it had been in the groin, she would have got more than 500 baht fine.
from what i can see in the pictures, our Russian friend can kick me any day

Hello,
I have high cholesterol and LDL Cholesterol levels. Health wise I have a chronic neurologic condition.
Doctor said such high levels are genetically caused and could only be marginally reduced through exercise and weight loss. However I starting to exercise and lost 5kg so far.
I got Vytorin (10/20) (Ezetimibe/Simvastatin) prescript. Which caused extensive nerve pain. We tried a stand alone statin Atorvastatin which caused the same side effects.
I'm now in Ezetimibe + exercise and weight lost but my levels are still to high.
Doctor said last options are PCSK9 Inhibitors but I hesitate as its a injection and I cant just stop it like tablets if I got side effects from it.
I search for some alternatives and found new drugs like Bempedoic Acid (Nexletol) which I brought up at my latest consultation but to my surprise the Dr. never heard about it.
Is there a doctor in Bangkok who is who is up to date on the latest medication to treat elevated cholesterol levels?
i would not take a statin even if my LDL was (according to my doctor) high.
I cannot advise you what to do, but if i were you I would be doing extensive research on the benefits of statins. Dont be confused with relative and actual benefits.
