  1. Had been a regular payer, occasionally paying late fees... "past tense" seems odd that a cash strapped postal worker would keep paying rent on a room for a year that he didn't occupy?
  2. Absent for a year yet still paying his room on postal workers wages?
  3. Maybe Samran doesn't understand that the market has operated without permission to do so from day one.
  4. Or move away from something deep fried to something a tad more healthy.
  5. I hope future FTA's with the EU go well for Thailand.
  6. Motorcycles contribute a very small percentage of pollution, get the black smoke billowing pick-ups, trucks and buses off the road that do all the damage. Thailand should introduce a mandatory annual year vehicle check with emissions high on the hit list. Tested at independent test stations, which are in themselves checked for non-corruption.
  7. Absent for a year? So was rent for the room collected/paid?

  11. Thais die on the roads all day every day.. a common occurrence that hardly garners any attention, especially from police. Foreigners are an exception as bad publicity might affect tourism, don't expect the investigation or any proceedings to be splashed all over the news.
  12. My friend lives in an Uea Athon aprtment complex... 14 separate buildings each consisting of 5 floors with 9 apartments on each floor [45 rooms] each building has only 9 marked parking spaces.
  13. Maybe this from the link will help you. After paying, Pantiwa grabbed the car key from a showroom staff member and drove off, leaving Bancha shocked and confused. Bancha jumped into his car and followed her but was unable to keep up. He returned to the showroom to track Pantiwa using the car’s GPS. The system indicated that Pantiwa was in the Baan Ped district of Khon Kaen province but she and the car were not there. She simply removed the GPS and left it there. The car showroom security camera showed that the woman picked up a man from the front of the showroom before continuing her journey.
  14. She's a bit like pick-up drivers.. they don't hang around.
  15. I live on Ban Bo road.. and the officer on the right is a local bobby. I might take a bit more care when out and about.
  16. Anutins legacy lives on... his gift to Thai people of whom some take the P*$$
  17. Brother-in-law cracks his neck repeatedly all day long... he can't break the habit.
