Breathalyzer tests proposed for Thai nightlife venues
So several hundred people all leaving at 4:00am. Breatho is useless if alcohol still present in the mouth. You are meant to clean your mouth with water and not consume alcohol for 20 min. prior to blowing into the unit. More nonsence thought up by "the empty headed club of fools" that make policy on the run. It is completely unworkable but I bet someone's mate will make a fortune installing machines that will never see any real use. p.s. I remember in Aus when breatherlizers were put in pubs. Useless. Who could get the highest reading was always a bit of fun though.

Noodle shocker: Young man stir-fries his emotions after being billed 300 baht in Don Mueang
Yes there is a small Khlong that runs beside the rail line and a larger one across the rail line away from the airport but I think the khlong in the story is the big one north of the airport that seperates Don Mueang and Rangsit.

Thai government to finance digital wallet scheme with 500 billion baht loan
Bt500,000,000,000 loan to hopefully create stimulus which will be over in a week or so once everybody spends the 10k and believe me the 10k won't last long. "Pie in the Sky" comes to mind.

Thailand aims to become a world festival destination
There's the wet season, the dry season and the cool season. Cool season temps can drop below 10C in Issan in the early morning. Tropics have 2 or 3 seasons depending on proxomity to the equator. The tropics DO NOT have winter. As for BKK it's very rare for temps to drop below 20C. Cooler temps maybe for a couple of wks and that's it.

Noodle shocker: Young man stir-fries his emotions after being billed 300 baht in Don Mueang
Yes you are right. Bulk packets of noodles are available at any market and per packet are cheaper than Mama packets as there are no flavouring saches or packaging. Having said this as with many things Thais use a brand name for a geniric noun i.e. mama is generally used for noodles no matter what brand.

Thailand aims to become a world festival destination
There is one thing that is definitely true. Thailand is the hub of using the word hub. Don't know why they just don't get rid of the peripherals and just say..."Thailand. The Hub of Hubs."

Noodle shocker: Young man stir-fries his emotions after being billed 300 baht in Don Mueang
Don Mueang is an area. Why do you assume it's the airport? Why didn't you read the very short article? Typo (should be khlong) and I'm fairly sure there's no khlong in the airport. I've had a few beers there pre and post flights but not that many I've seen a khlong.

Thunderstorm warning: Meteorological department issues alert for 30 provinces, including Bangkok
Fairly sure my comment doesn't say seasonal change this weekend. As for accuweather I gave up on that years ago when it was telling me it was sunny and it had been pissing down all day. p.s. look up what defines a HEATWAVE.

Rediculous. Simply rediculous. Celebrating Halloween is in and of itself rediculous but this comment from the PM tops the pumpkin.
