One of the things about vaping is you can just have a puff or two. Cigs on the other hand remain lit until stubbed out. Vaping is superior to cigarette smoking in every way. Not saying they're a healthy alternative to cigs but the are undoubtedly healthier.

I believe the fine is indeed Bt5000 and the same for vaping. Smoking in a non smoking area is Bt2000 but I have this niggling feeling I saw a no smoking sign Bt5000 fine. Can't quite remember.
