2 words come to mind, mountain & molehill..........................

And the Government are going to enforce the sitting in the back of pick ups illegal ONLY for the New Year period !
If they took the time to read Thaivisa, they would see that people get killed in such circumstances EVERY day of the year.
-
If the authorities in Thailand put as much effort in catching serious criminals, who are a threat to society, would it not be a better place ?

Natthakit and his wife and business partner, Pavena Saingam, were at Bang Phlat Police Station checking on progress in the investigation.
You could put the words "the lack of" in the blank space, and it could well be more plausible.

Another 'plan' that theoretically is a great idea.
But, anyone with any idea of how things work over here, would be well aware that it probably won't get off the ground, and if it does, enforcing it is a different ball game.

In July of 2016 15 million baht worth of valuable amulets, gold and jewelry was stolen.
So much for them supposed to bring you luck !

They handed over a reward
They probably persuaded him to buy a suit off them, with the reward money !

A primetime soap with sexual assault as a central plot point
And they wonder why it is so prevalent in real life here ?
What's wrong with a good dose of Coronation Street or Emmerdale ?

Almost all of the Bt98 million in undeclared Thai banknotes halted at the Lao border on Tuesday appears to be headed for state coffers.
Substitute the word "police" instead of "state" would probably be nearer the mark !

Another terribly disturbing story.
Hopefully, both kids can make a full recovery and move forward.

Is that not more of a threat than a promise ?

Amazing kid.
I didn't understand the Thai, but it certainly brought tears to my eyes.

I think I would have pleaded not guilty, and took the death sentence !

Penalties could be as high as five years for selling and ten years if proven that the couple imported the products themselves.
But having a wank, whilst pissed riding a motorbike in traffic, putting drivers and pedestrians, alike, at risk, only gets a caution !
Bizarre to say the least.

No.
It appears to be a manifestation of mental illness. Perhaps early onset dementia, or schizophrenia or a manic episode. Whatever the cause, it shares a commonality with other suicide attempts both successful and failed, of foreigners.
I cannot read Thai, so I didn't realise the Sanook article mentioned she had a mental illness or dementia.
If it is true, surely Thailand is not the best place to be ?

She was, however, found with a quantity of money in baht and dollars, an iPhone and her passport.
Anyone else having difficulty trying to understand this story ?

No mention was made of police involvement in the Manager story
If the youths had rich daddies, there would not be any police involvement.

Buncha was fined 500 baht and left off with a warning. Police did not charge him with drink driving despite the man admitting to driving drunk in his statement.
With such a pathetic fine for the offence, this could well become a popular Thai pastime !
Joking aside, when they are making statements about clamping down on several driving offences, especially drink driving. to not charge him for it shows exactly why people laugh at the RTP.

Message to Lopburi man - Your slim chance of recovering the money has now disappeared.
At least you will have plenty of time to think how stupid your action was, whilst sitting on that concrete floor, next to your numerous new Thai friends.

A complete animal.
She had obviously moved forward since the split, why the <deleted> couldn't he ?

Police said there were no signs of forced entry or a disturbance in the room and are working on the assumption Mr Brien died of natural causes.
The RTP make more assumptions than the TV sleuths !
R.I.P. Mr Brien.
Only junta backers can benefit from revised political party law
