How about banning private cars parking on roads in Bang Lamung Except handicap signed, delivery trucks, songteaw and taxi. Or just do as every Major city in the world... Put up parking cost, hire 1000 people to enforce it. 20 min parking=10 baht, parking fine 500 baht. Pretty easy with a parking app, Thais love their apps.

This made me confused.. "Pattaya city area are exempt from the ban due to their status as special administrative zones with their own elections. However, areas in Bang Lamung adjacent to Pattaya will be subject to the alcohol ban, as they are part of Chon Buri province." So where can I get a drink tonight, been working all week. Live on Sai3 that's part of pattaya city but also Bang Lamung. Everything is closed on Sai3 .
