I'm Thinkin with the seemingly reliance on son and kane for goals .. might it well be time for Jose to give Ali a second go... He WILL for sure score a few.. and the ways it's goin we can't keep relying on s& k...

Leeds were tailor made for you. Bielsa was naive to the extreme to not change the way he sets them up but tbh I don’t think he has a Plan B hence them swinging from big expansive wins to getting tonked.........but always good to watch nevertheless. 

Yeah agreed Hugo's 34 and the time would be fast approaching when the question of him being replaced would have to be asked   anyway... so  probably him going now would be a win all around.. i'de be ok with either Johnstone or Henderson... I'de prob lean towards Henderson.. only cos no matter wot anyone says getting tonked every week regularly shipping 4's and 5's leaves a mark on a goalies confidence... Recoverable 4 sure BUT in the mean time..it could be the dif between a good start and a poor start 4 him . and that at tottenham or, in fact. any club aspiring to top 4 isn't really acceptable... But I'm sure it would be a short term thing..

as much as I luv Ali, around the oppos pen area there arnt many i'de sooner have,    BUT your prob right he just doesn't fit Jose's style.   And psg .. with poch they'de LUV him.. 

yeah I don't think beilsa's got  a plan b either .. BUT he seems good at making good player v v good players.. so I think it'll be more of the same and an upgrade on the quality of players he uses... As you say reasonable entertainment BUT don't think he'll be winning the league with just a plan a. In 2 days game,  u 100% need diferent formations, even if seldom used ,u still need them in your locker ... or as you say .. you'll OFTEN b found out.

Oh.  And I think we'll be losing Hugo to psg...  I can almost see the headlines now... 'National captain returning 'home' to the biggest club in France .. to win the champions lge b4 he retires..

If there is such a thing in the prem.. this was an easy win .. Hugo barely troubled and us running out  comfortable 3.0 winners...Tbh it should have been more.. if ever there was a team 'made' for our set up to take advantage of.. it's Leeds...  Well hopefully today will put an end to us struggling to get a second goal and in doin so losing ???? daft points... However bergy and a few others NEED to start adding goals to their games...

one of the true charecters of UK football.. brought flair and passion via a relegation bac to a very 'down in the tooth' man utd, had a major hand in putting together a  great Scottish national team..and put together the start of a Chelsea team that went on and challenged the best att. TRULY shocking that the footballing world had no place for a man of his calibre and expierence.

Tbh I cant see the arguement...  3 5 2   isn't a defensive formation...its set up to attack.. the ONLY  reason it's becomes a defensive unit is if the opponent's push on and it needs to be defensive .. and then it's up to our players to change it.. bottom line ...our players have failed. The question should be .... why..

Be interesting to see if Ali gets a place on the bench this evening..if not the by rights aurier should  have his <deleted> droped as well.. though I've looked at the Ali supposed mistake... And he wasn't the only one at fault...

I'de go with him... Cos for wolves keep it tight and arnt particularly adventurous until later in the game...so we could use his 'touch' in and around their box..

    and  bale on the RHS.  Still looks poor and lucus looks marginally better on the lhs..I know keeps it narrow blah de blah.. but I can count on one hand how many times bale has beaten someone on the RHS.... Here's a prediction keep on with this STUPIDITY. We won't sign him.   bale will go back to Madrid havin scored 4 /5 goals played 10/15 sh games not being particularly effective and end up in the states or china 

But hey Jose's  a reasonable guy let's hope he can get the best out of bale..apart from the spurs bias ... It would be good to watch...always had a soft spot for 'flying wingers' besty.... Barnes the man city one   ect ect.ect. anyway     

     wolves are a tuf but to crack but after the intensity of the Liverpool game which imo took its toll and showed in the Leicester game.. we've had enuf time to recuperate .. so lookin forward to a decent competative  game

You've probably read about it but The 60/70's London/football games were NOT friendly affairs. VIOLENCE was an every game occurance... U didn't want to be wearing red and white anywhere near whl  on a match day ... And I mean this seriously you took your life into your hands...

I think for the forsable that's the way it's gonna be especially against the bigger teams.. but there's an art to 'defending' and actually I'm finding it... strangely...

Yeah Jose said that the team did exactly the opposite of what he told them to do second half... He complimented crystal palace sayin they didn't allow our players to carry his instructions out.
