I am one of this regimes biggest critics, BUT on this I can only say OUSTANDING EFFORT, well done to all involved!
Long may it continue, and lets hope they go all out on the BAR STEWARDS on Koh Tao
Totally support them too, but I fear that we won't see any election that they are sure to lose before 2025...

Thanks for the replies.
Anybody knows a good private tutor in Pattaya area ? I need someone who really knows how to help with this kind of problem...
-
Thank you for the replies.
So at Chonburi eastern center near pattaya it will take 2 days ?
No confirmation about how to speed it up ?
Does anybody know if the 2 days have to be done in a row ? Or after the first day you can do the second one any day in the future ?
-
Anyway, if he had 500hp as in my AMG, he would already be home when the stupid was still wondering what happened to him 555
When anybody is trying to overtake on my left, I just need 3 seconds to be so far that nobody could even remember having seen my ass on the scene !

Yes, I'd agree in the "west", here tho the hard shoulder is simply an extra lane where they drive even faster so not much safer in my eyes.
You're also not supposed to "move" any vehicles that have been involved in any accident until Police and insurance have seen their positions I think.
This is wrong, you can move your vehicle, NOTHING in the law tell that you cannot move it.
This is stupid Thai urban legend.
Only when people are injured you should not move your car, but I fuxx the law and will save my passenger life first ANYWAY.

Really ? Thai will never understand anything !!!
You let your kid and wife in the car on the right FASTEST LANE and leave your car where they have a big chance to be killed by a retarded on his phone coming from behind ???
So hopeless about this country...

You are looking for problems anyway ! Find a house where you can get a 3G mobile signal AND adsl internet. Any other solution is wrong.
-
Anyway legal or not who cares ? It's everywhere, just look at every single 711 selling long rolling paper, what do you think it is sold for ? And if you are not scared by cops just go to the court if you are caught, you will get a 2000 thb fine and that's all ! Everything else is BS, just say it to the retarded who might stop you, don't show that you are scared and they will go back to their kennel !

That is correct. They are very new, about a month old.
I agree with you it would do them well to start a facebook page. I recall I was told they're going to do that later. Not sure what's involved in getting a tripadvisor listing. I don't post there and I don't very much value that site. Unfortunately for Pattaya, there isn't much better. There's no yelp or chowhound here.
This is the problem of so many pretended business owners in this country, in 2017 they still do not understand that without Internet market they will die. How ridiculous is that !
It is not a good start for this place in my opinion, because someone who is not able to show on Facebook, Google and Trip even before opening their restaurants are not people who will succeed in anything...
Anyway I will try it and report, thanks again.

Bollywood kurry is not on tripadvisor and Facebook ?

The frozen British Indian curries at Foodland, and other outlets, are good enough...steam some rice or patotoes and you have a nice meal.
Greatly ridiculous !

Indian by nature would be the best place in town to learn about the incredible variety of Indian food. But it's very expensive. Also very good and good variety is Madras Darbar across from Central Mall on 2nd road. Also Bollywood Kurry which I started a thread about. A number of different dishes there. There you can talk to the owners and explain you're looking for different from the standard flavors and they can probably suggest some dishes for you.
Thanks ! Indian by nature, no thank you, I do not like to pay for the decoration, I have been once and will never go again because their food is not better for me than anywhere else.
I will try the other places, thanks again.

hello, has anybody been with a Thai to get a motorbike driving license ? Before I get mad with one staff I want to bring her to get one, can you tell me what documents she needs ?
And she said that she needs 2 days to get it, is it true ? Can we pay a little bit more to get it faster ? I guess she already knows how to drive, she has been driving 10 years without license....
Thank you for your reports.

Weapons are only acceptable on the way to work and on the way back form work.
How stupid it is to let these alcoholic killers wear guns in pubs and restaurants when knowing how good are these "nice" people to manage their anger...

Sorry, but yes, I was saying that most have the same menu but I didn't know Gujarati vegetarian food.
I you go to most Indian restaurants they all have the same dishes exactly and only prices change.
Can you tell me which other Indian restaurant would be different ?
Thank you again.

Greetings, anybody knows a Thai with prononciation problems, who managed to finally learn how to say words ending by T, ST, CT, HT as in street, past, strict and straight ?
Is there any class somewhere to help people with prononciation problems ?
Have you been able to help someone ? How to do ?
Thanks for your help.

Well, your tastes are your tastes. Up to you.
I was only speaking of Indian vegetarian restaurants before because you posted about one. There are a number in town more than I mentioned.
There are also of course SCADS of Indian restaurants that have veg. and non - veg.
As I mentioned on my thread about BOLLYWOOD KURRY, the number of Indian restaurants in town is truly remarkable. I'm sure I haven't tried even a quarter of them.
That said, here is an Indian Gujarati vegetarian restaurant that I do think will provide a "different" taste experience from the standard (though I don't recommend their thali):
https://www.facebook.com/Tanatan-Gujarati-Food-Pattaya-1725585911044827/
Location on FB is wrong, on the dark side !
The restaurant is actually now far from Walking street:
Can you tell me what is the reason to go there ? What is special with their food ?
Thanks.

OK thanks guys. I just googled " advantages and disadvantages of a dc inverter ac". They seem to think that the good out weighs the bad buy a big margin, I really like the part about the inverter not being effected at all by brown outs as they still take what they need for inversion. I get a lot of brown outs. They didn't mention the fact that oversizing is much less of an issue because they can operate at much less BTU output once the thermostat is satisfied. The compressor never shuts off it only backs down so no stop and start [noisy], and humidity will still be reduced as it is running. Electric savings is very significant.
Draw backs are Price, and must have a serviceman familiar with inverters. Cost of parts. It uses R401A refrigerant, but that may turn into an advantage as R22 is currently being banned across the world.
As far as brand goes I think I will go with Mitsubishi as I can afford the initial outlay and I have not seen Daikin in my area. I think most use a Mitsubishi compressor anyway. I hope I am making the right decision.
I will be running a few of these 24/7. I think if I was just cooling my bedroom for sleep I would have made a different choice.
Thanks again.

Even this is so wrong ! not much price difference anymore except if few thousands baht means something for you, and except the BAANORK technicians who didn't finish school everybody knows inverters now !
But you are right about brand, Mitsubishi and Daikin, except that I don't buy a brand that sells so ugly cars ! hahaha

I have a dakin inverter very pleased with it. no problems with our all to frequent power losses. our installer is very familiar with them and services it with no problem. I also have a inverter fridge and freezer and both run lovely. all the scare mongers saying don't buy inverters are in my opinion just that scare mongers.
Exactly ! as I said, people should only talk about what they know ! BUt I understand that it means almost nothing for most...

We go there often but never stay on the island. Stay at Ban Pe, which has far better restaurants, shops, and better & cheaper places to stay. We take the ferry over in the morning, spend the day at one of the nice beaches, then return to Ban Pe late afternoon.
Incredibly smart but I visiting an island for the day like in Europe or US when you can sleep on the beach in Thailand for just a little bit more is so ridiculous in my opinion. But I guess that all people going with you think that you are smart ?

Luckily I never paid any entry fee at any national park ! Thai are so easy to cheat, I wonder why anybody wouldn't do it ? Poor people...
