ask yourself what experience or knowledge would an Army General have in guiding a country through a pandemic ?
so it follows that He's winging it, and the results are peoples lives.

My guess would be a roaming issue.
Have had issues with these travel SIMs, and have had to call (it's free) to get the SIM re-set, which then allows it to register on the partner's network.
Could be:
the phone doesn't support the local roaming partner's network frquency
there is no signal in a specific area from a roaming partner
But, yes, ask here, maybe someone can help.

Where I see this telephone number (different than the one the OP lists):
Free of charge for calling
to AIS CALL CENTER
+662-078-9000AIS also offer support via a chat function (web and/or mobile app)
yes I agree, thats why the op should give some info on the problem,
always members on here that are only too pleased to assist where they can

its born of an ignorance, that all ladies from the Asian countries are selling sex in some way,
together with the stupid belief, that the Chinese ones are in, someway, responsible for this pandemic.
Just crazy ignorant <deleted> really.

Wouldn't want to be accused of rubbing it in or anything, but here is a summary of the conjectures I made about this case. Except for guessing that the motive was financial, just about everything else proved to be quite on the mark, thank you very much

Poor planning on disposal of body parts suggests lack of premeditation.
-
lack of criminal sophistication and probable low educational level of perpetrator.
-
once the body is identified, the killer will be a very close associate of the victim and will be immediately arrested
-
main motive for dismembering the body was to conceal the identity because the killer knew that if the body was identified, the killer would immediately become the prime suspect.
-
decision to dismember the body was made in some sort of panic, and was obviously not well thought out.
-
victim was offed for financial gain by known close associate, probably a romantic partner who had help disposing of body from family members or friends.
- case is going to be cracked in the very near future
yup you nailed it for sure gecko
