My parents use a Samsung TV, I find the color on samsung TV are really saturated and too bright and light is leaking (white spot in dark scenes)

I went to Tesco and I came with a USB key to play some files. What I have found :Sony had problem to play the files , Thai cheap TV didn't have any loud sound. All brand names got problems. There is no perfect TV.

At the end, the best TV that played all files was the lg except it doesn't play dts sound.

What I like with lg was the color accuracy and the mat screen (less glossy than Samsung or sony) , it shows subtitle (big enough), and the sound is loud. Only bad thing is only one HD connector, one USB connector and the model I have purchased is not a smart TV.

These old building have thick wall and you can not hear the neighbour TV. Many farangs live like this, and with the money saved they can have a better life. If you need something like a bigTV, you have saved enough to buy yourself a TV every month. Like this one

If you go south jomptien, many nice beaches

I dont think builders want lose money and run away when it s more profitable to start another project and keep selling condo.

I remember all these new condos have started before the economic sanction right after Russian took the Crimea.

Just bad timing for everybody. Now better to buy condo already built than take the risk to buy off plan. There are just thousand and thousand of available condo all across thailand looking for buyers . seller are not lowering the price waiting 2 or 3 years. What will happen next?

How you can live in Thailand with a pension of 600 pounds? . Only these type of building can offer you a room for cheap. You should look at some rooms, white tiles and comfy bed. It s even better than in a 5 stars hotel.

After reading all your comments, I announce you I will decrease my Soja consumption. I started to have a pain in the right side of my intestines since I drink soja a lot . I always had pain here when I eat fat food. I will keep my Soja consumption at 1 or 2 cups a week from today. Wish me luck.

The noise created by the echo effect of the surrounding buildings even without screaming 
kids, the fountains alone would be enough to drive me insane.
 
For me a good swimming pool would need to be a rectangle shape so you can actually use it 
for swimming lengths in it.
Not have a pirate ship wreck stuck in the middle of it! 

I m surprised to not see many people going for a walk at night along the beach. It s healthy and with low tide it s really nice.

Why farang don't enjoy more the beach?

I think it s real sad to see all these building unfinished. In my area I can see probably 6 or 7 buildings that are left abandoned.

This place is gorgeous(seven seas in jomtien) , even after 5 minutes, I felt I was in heaven. I could travel from one island to another island in 20 seconds. Or even swim.

Some companies build very nice pools, just impressive. This is probably the nicest pool I have seen so far.

In these old Thai buildings u can have a room for 3500.

So why you guys pay 10000 baht when you can have all for 3 times less. There is even a swimming pool, 711 and a Tesco.

Amycat is right , this fake husband has waited for years to get her money . Apparently the law in Switzerland accept that. He even claimed to notary that my sister and I should pay him now money becasue we have received too many gifts. So now we are better off by accepting the 150k that now seem like a little gift or he will sue us and ask money from us.


Our lawyer say he can go back 7 years in the past and calculate how much money we should receive(he can deduct all the gifts and even say money of my father is his money now) . we have received a few gifts from my grandmother before she was married to this guy.
There is no indication at all that the money of my father was his heritage from my real grand father, he claimed my grand mother gave to my father money, and this money is now his money too.
In fact we have nothing written. This is why this guy can claim all now.

So now, should I take the little offer or delay all with a risk he sue me. This guy has nothing to lose, he is old and he want make our life miserable by claiming all.

Someone mention that my grand mother did nothing for us. That s right, she talked nice around her telling we will have 75 percent but in the other hand she married this guy and plot for 3 years against my sister and I. I belive she lied because she was famous for lying and plotting against people. She was a devil woman who could kill for money. (she tried to kill her second husband by setting his bed room on fire at night, it didn't work.)


We believe this fake husband blackmailed my grand mother by telling he will marry another lady and leave her . At 98 or 99 years old she didn't want to lose his" driver" or fake friend , so I think she decided to marry him by fear to finish alone and since this time he managed everything for her and she lost the total Controll.

What is disgusting is my grand mother was in a hospice for old people and this fake friend was just coming once a day to take a coffee with her. He lives just 3km away.

This guy never did anything in his life, it s the kind of loser who stay in his condo all his life, he never had any woman or children. He can not even travel alone because he is scared. He is just interested by money. The next day my grand mother died he called the notary to get his money. He probably called notary twice a week and was upset when he discovered we hired a lawyer. This guy is a blood sucker. He said to my sister "now you are not my problem anymore". When I saw him 3 months later after my grand mother passed away, he didn't look at me. That was expected.

I just ask for no sugar or little sugar. I didn't know Soja was cancerogen. At the end, better to kill ourself before life kill us. If we listen all the warnings, I think it s better to go live in a cave to avoid cell phone radiation.

Who have been there. What s the point to have all these banks together?

I have same type, I can yell you you will save a lot of electricity. Before I had a very small hotel fridge and it was using 3 times more electricity and was more noisy.

My fridge was 5500 bahts and still run great. It has a red button in freezer part, when I press on it it stop the cooling for 20 hours( top part) until the ice melt.
