Thats the desktop version correct? So its essentially a Mini PC running windows? 

I have been debating on going with a Mini PC type of thing with a desktop operating system. 

Lots of them available on Aliexpress,Lazada,Expansys from about 7000 thb up to 15k or similar

Have you tried googling Panasonic water heaters Thailand,high chance they have techies in your area who can come test the machine,give you a repair cost and possibly repair the unit there and then,I had a problem with one of my units several days ago,tech man come tested it,yep pressure switch kaput,800 bht replaced faulty part all good now.

Before you do anything I'd strongly suggest you Google the top 5 developers in pattaya.Lots of developers claim they have the best quality developments in town,but they don't tell you about having to replace whole floors of tiles,I know for a fact a very well known developer had to rip up and replace whole floors of tiles cause they were lifting,main cause,no spacing between the tiles,happened to a condo I was staying in for a while,grout falling out from between wall tiles.Maybe other people have more horror stories about second rate workmanship in different buildings.

Yep always wear a good quality full face,whether I'm just going around the corner or down the road,after running over a jumbuck many years ago going to work one morning,if I hadn't been wearing a bash hat well I'd be pushing up raises now,you don't need much speed to become a vegetable if you come off a bike head first into the kerb or concrete post.

I have a stiebel eltron,the German designed,think their actually made here in Thailand,4 stage filter,very easy to change filters,bayonet type connection,3 filters change every 8 months,the other one every 12 months,the cost against buying bottled water maybe more,but the convenience far outweighs the extra expense,my opinion anyway.
