Life is a show... But there's a wide gulf between BDSM play and the full blown sexual assault he seemingly carried out against this girl.

Has and will... Take your "alternative facts" somewhere else.

Well that is quite true for a bit... But then he started acting like a lunatic, and my level of sympathy dramatically decreased.

Glad I read ASEAN today... Discovered I am offended about something I had no idea I was offended about.
But Farang comes from Persian, as do many other Thai loan words, and does in fact describe "Franks" - Germans.

Where are you living? It makes a difference.
I'm a roadie. I have a us mailing address and no house or anything there. Live out of hotels when working or abroad. But was figuring best to leave me out of the picture entirely.

So a marriage visa is out of the question, not going to be going down that route.
As such I'm hoping to get a tourist visa for the girlfriend to come over for a summer just to get to see a few places around the US. She owns a house, has a university (bachelors) education, a terrible paying job. What would the best way be to go about obtaining a US Tourist visa in this situation? Using an agent? Or getting all the supporting paperwork together and giving it a shot ourselves?
Alternatively has anyone ever had experience getting Visas for Thai nationals to Mexico or the Bahamas?

Thanks stevenl, well this is one business that will not be starting as it would only be a husband and wife business and not big enough to employ staff
Theoretically you need as little as one staff (up to provincial wp office) and no lower salary limit but 6000-8500 would be normal.

Posting here to double my coverage....
Setting up Thai company in Khon Kaen, have got most of the basics out of the way, now at the point of applying for work permit. All information I read online states minimum 4 Thai Staff per foreigner, but GF called the Labor Office in KKC and they stated only need minimum of 1 Thai staff, as long as capitalization is 2 million baht... anyone know of the reason for conflicting information? And which is correct?
Also, if four is required is there a definitive salary/work hour answer?
