    Greedy sods , the more the've got the more they Want. What a sad pair off dickens are they .they've got billions in $ they can spare a couple Billion for the Thai Hotels/motels. Why is it that the working man who saves for their holiday got to pay extra . The tourist centers Charge already like Scrub bulls . This is one more discouragement to come for a holiday in Los.

    For an Extension Based on Retirement one doesn't have to state/prove that the funds come from abroad it doesn't matter where the funds are coming from , that's at our Imm Office in Hat Yai. When you go for the renewing for your extension Imm needs a Bank letter stating that the Funds are in the bank for the Required period and the amount in the account . The account has to be in your name only.

    So what's fully vaccinated? 2 shot's and a booster or 10 shots . I don't think it matters much, the vaccine only last at best 6 months. One will have to have a shot every 6 months . They just should mix it together with the Flu shot. then one can get one every year.

    It's ok that the foreigner to pay for Everything But it must be in a Thai name ,Like GF/Wife /Mia noi/Company. Maybe the foreign countries should stop the Thais that live there from buying Land and houses . Do same, the Thai Pays but must be in the Foreigners name .
