My take on health is simple.
We are born healthy.** And if we get the right nutrients through our food, clean water and fresh air we will have done our bit to equip our bodies to fight off the undesirables. That will inevitably come our way. It's difficult to avoid certain things. Breathing in smoke particles. Eating food that has been processed with preservatives, colourings etc. Food grown alongside fungicides, herbicides and all manner of chemicals. Water that has been contaminated; often deliberately. Then we have the whole new 5G and EMFs to contend with.
But! Our bodies are robust; to say the least. Provided they are given the tools to keep us healthy they will generlly do so. As we progress in years, the rejuvenation of our bodies is not as frequent as when we were teenagers. And there comes a time when a simple/minor thing - that we would have taken in our stride in earlier years - hurts us bad. Our maintenance, or immune system, is unable to cope. And we could die as a result.
IMO, there are no such things as bad germs. And according to 'science' the real demon among germs, is the dreaded virus. There are viruses. They can be seen under an electron microscope. But what are they? I say; cell debris? What do they do? Well - knowing the body does not do things for nothing - I reckon they aid the removal of dead cells and tissue. Dead cells! Yes! Millions every day. Perhaps billions! And how does this removal occur? Mostly through breathing. But if there is toxicity, then through other means. Coughing, sneezing, poopoo, rashes, fevers etc. These are the symptoms of the body getting itself back to good health. They are not disease, sickness or illness in any way.
So! When I said in an earlier post that 'health systems' had to be swept away; I was not jesting. In my world they would be replaced by a nature based concept. Too big a subject to be unraveled in this post. But in a nutshell; good food in; toxins out.
And I have not even mentioned the entity that everyone knows about. The not so safe. The not at all effective. The totally unnecessary. What is it you ask. Vaccines!! Not just them. but much of Big Pharma stuff is also simply junk.
** The most important year of a human's life is the year before birth. The second most important is the following year.

> As a physician and researcher who has fought tirelessly for truth, I am compelled to share the staggering revelations that recently emerged from the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) archives. These documents shed light on the covert political and scientific maneuvers behind the global COVID-19 response. The evidence is damning and confirms what many have suspected: much of the "pandemic" narrative was built on lies.
The short article summarizes and exposes the lies about the Covid-pandemic from the very start throughout all stages of roll-out of 'mitigation' measures. A horrible tale of political pressure to suppress all scientific evidence that consistently did NOT support any of the Covid narrative.

It's about time this was brought out into the open. Not that I necessarily agree with their findings.** I would be much blunter. But it's a start. A step in the right direction. Exposing the rabble is not too bad a thing.
** Quote; 'The tests had a false positive rate of 86.5%.' I don't agree. They gave 100% incorrect results. Dr K Mullis himself, said quite specifically, that the PCR Test should not to be used as a diagnostic tool.
** Quote; 'Testing asymptomatic individuals was against RKI recommendations but became widespread.' There is no such thing as an asymptomatic individual. Simply made up nonsense.
** Quote; 'Children, who faced virtually no risk from COVID-19, were subjected to school closures, masking, and isolation, resulting in psychological trauma and developmental delays.'
Virtually no risk? No risk what-so-ever from an imaginary entity.
And on the jabs!
** Quote; 'Approval was rushed without sufficient testing, skipping standard safety protocols.' IMO, The whole pandemic was a hoax and was planned long ago. Plenty of testing had been done. It was 'rushed' through, in order to obtain the 'emergency' status. This stopped all other treatments. Referred to later in the piece.
''The short article summarizes and exposes the lies about the Covid-pandemic from the very start throughout all stages of roll-out of 'mitigation' measures. A horrible tale of political pressure to suppress all scientific evidence that consistently did NOT support any of the Covid narrative.''I'd like to see science reclaimed from actual scientists. Just as Galileo was locked up for suggesting the earth revolved around the sun. The present day truthers are being sidelined, sanctioned, eradicated, demonised and a whole lot worse. Why? To maintain, at all costs (seemingly), certain fundamental health falsehoods.
I'm not keen to restore trust in public health systems?! Dear me! No! Sweep them away and start again; with truths at the heart; i say. Build the new so that they actually help the populas.
Truth - not skewed 'facts', must prevale, if we are to move forward as a specie. Covid has given us this big chance. We must grasp it.

I fully agree that exposing the rabble is a first necessary step in the right direction.
Unfortunately the large majority of people that now have been 'red-pilled' about the harms of the Covid-jabs, and would not take them anymore, are STILL believers of virus-dangers and vaccine benefits. With enough fear propaganda most of them they would once again roll up their sleeves to get shot for a 'new but very dangerous' virus-threat when the 'usual experts' claim that 'science has progressed again' and that the new jabs are now 'totally safe and effective'.
Most certainly, mRNA is NOT the 'future of medicine' as it is based on the faulty premise that we need to trick and by-pass our natural God-given defence-mechanisms against toxic substances, without taking into account that tampering with our incredibly complex 'human registry' invariably results in unforeseen and harmful effects on the whole.
Indeed!
Unfortunately, is seems to be moving in that direction, even after all the falsehoods have been exposed. I reckon you could ask any 5 to 8 year olds in the UK what causes illness and many, if not most, would say 'viruses'. It is so entrenched in the minds of the populas. I recall that we were told' ''coughs and sneezes; spread diseases''. Well I personally know different now, but most people don't.

It seemed like politicians and medical scientists were attempting to be false gods during corona lockdowns.
The resulting calamity would have been easily avoidable had citizens followed the 1st commandment. We the people played a significant role in the shenanigans by being illiterate.
I think the powers that be are trying to show us stubborn, pigheaded, secular citizens how dangerous the results of following false gods can be. And turn us back to the right path.
The biggest threat to mankind is our own ignorance.

No cow ever went Moo. It's a sort of mmmmmmmm. Moo is the word made up by humans. Horses don't go around going Winney Winney! Lol. And owls don't go hoot hoot. It's a sort of hoo hoo. As you know.
Yup! You have the tools, but are hitting the screw with the hammer.
Around these parts (upper Isaan) the cows definitely go Mooooo. But seeing as it's illegal to repeat a letter more than once, it's shortened to Moo.
The two words that are actually animal words are 'Meow' and 'Quack'. No need to say what animals make those sounds. A lot of animal sounds become words due to the French. And human sounds too. 'Splosh' for instance. Perhaps because the French are the world's greatest lovers.
As for horses. I've no comment.

I remember it well. Mum said excitedly to us kids one day. ''The first Kentucky has just opened up west. Get across London to Hampstead - where the rich people live - and when they come out, ask if you can lick their fingers. ''

Must disagree with you there Sir.
Many words are not made up. Take 'moo' for instance. It's actually the sound a cow makes. Same with 'meow' and 'whoof'; not to be confused with woofter, that is a made up word. And 'punk'? The sound of a hammer hitting a nail.

Medical journals? More like propaganda journals for Big Pharma. The suppression of research is not new. And certainly didn't start with covid.
During the 'AIDS' period, papers were 'shelved'; not to be seen for a decade. And the major culprit, apart from the journal owners, was non other than the CDC.
Extensive research into the CDC shenanigans during AIDS, was done by Dr Bailey and her team. Details were published in their book; Virus Mania.

Yea, I posted the '72' genders lists before ... who comes up with this sh!t
You are a pioneer.
I've just had a quick glance through the 72 genders, and I can't find a reference to ladies who like to smoke a pipe during sex. Perhaps my dyslexia kicked in and it's gender 96; not 69. I'll investigate further.
I'm more confused than ever

If someone was to state to me their gender, and don't know how that would come up in a conversation, but if prefers to be called something other than male, female, he, she, him, or her, then what's you name ? I'll go with that, and if not good enough, then F'off
I just can't use silly pronouns, then I sound like an idiot. NO thanks
So what about the ladies who like to smoke a pipe during sex?
'Femalus pipus sexus.'
That's 69 on the UK NHS accepted gender list.

That's why I state ... open ended, and think AI gets it right. Simp.y bisexual but adds 'all' genders, which there really are only 2. Or 3 if adding pan or bisexual. Again, all comes down to the original 3; straight, gay, bi. Call it what you want, but it's always going to only be 3 'preferences'.
There's male & females. If you enjoy both, gives you the option to call yourself a 3rd gender, but your 'sex' is either 'male' or 'female'. Gender is not a sex, it's a preference, nothing more, nothing less.
You like chocolate, you like peanut butter. You like chocolate peanut butter cups, then fine, they are still only chocolate & peanut butter.
Don't know who made up the word 'gender'. Must have made some money or got a grant from someone.
Well, well well! I'm informed and a better person for knowing that. Thanks KhunLA.
So what about the other genders? Personally I think many are made up, but I could be persuaded with some evidence. I've had a look at them all. There are currently 123, although the UK NHS only respects 72. I think gender 113 is silly; Left flippered walrus. Now I ask you; who in there right mind would prefer to be left flippered over right flippered?
And gender 69? A person who likes to smoke a pipe while having sex. Just nonsense IMO.

Carrdus School, a well-regarded preparatory school in Oxfordshire and a part of the Tudor Hall school network, has announced it will close its doors in the coming spring unless a buyer is found. The decision, which has left parents and faculty in shock, comes in response to financial pressures brought on by new government tax policies affecting private schools.
The Chair of Governors at Tudor Hall, Alison Darling, explained in a letter to parents that reduced enrollment at Carrdus, driven by recent changes in VAT policies on school fees, as well as increased National Insurance contributions, made it financially unsustainable for Tudor Hall to continue funding the school. Darling wrote, “You will know only too well that the introduction of VAT on independent school fees has put a great deal of pressure on parents and schools.”
She further criticized the government's decision not to delay the implementation of a 20% VAT on private school fees, which was enacted in January despite strong opposition. “Despite the support of our professional associations in lobbying the Government in recent months, the Government has not responded to the call to reconsider its policy nor, even, to delay implementation until September 2025,” she stated. This timing has put many private schools under intense financial strain, particularly those with already declining enrollment rates.
The letter outlined how the new VAT on fees prompted many parents to withdraw their children from Carrdus, either at the end of the autumn term or the academic year. Darling added, “The combination of VAT across both schools, further compounded by the increase in employers’ National Insurance contributions, and the Carrdus pupil roll falling further below a sustainable number, means that Tudor Hall is no longer able to make the substantial financial commitment to Carrdus School that is required.”
The Good Schools Guide, a respected directory for independent schools, has described Carrdus as a "gem," recognizing the school’s excellence in educating over 100 boys and girls between the ages of 3 and 11. However, it now joins a growing list of private schools facing closure due to enrollment declines linked to VAT and other rising operational costs.
This recent development comes amid broader concerns that such tax policies could lead to an exodus of students from the private sector into the already stretched state school system. Warnings from industry experts suggest that tens of thousands of students could soon flood state schools, raising questions about how prepared these institutions are to accommodate the potential influx.

Tell me, if you want freedom of choice, are you willing to fund the cost of repair of your teeth?
Or if you are an anti-vaxxer, refusing polio and COVID shots, will you pay for an iron lung or ICU out of your own pocket?
Or will you want to use the public health system?
Fluoridated toothpaste is a topical application. Ingestion of fluoride is necessary to strengthen teeth inside and out.
Oh dear. What monumental hogwash.
Nothing wrong with a public health system, and health measures, if they are run for the benefit and well-being of the populas. Alas; there are vested interests at every corner. And those vested interests result in compromised officials. And compromised officials mean the people will not be well served as themselves. But hey! They know best what is good for you. They tell you so.
So putting a toxin in yer body sorts out yer teeth? Dear me. Better to get some neem twigs.
Polio is caused by toxins. A vax cannot help in any way. It is not transmissible. As for covid; I'll stay jab free, thank you very much. You can have mine.
All my opinion. Of course, if you are sick; go see a medical expert.
Nature has all the answers.

Trump wins on the Stormy case as sentencing delayed "indefinitely".

I think Stormy 'Beaver Eater' Daniels did a wrong-un. If she had stayed on-side, and loyal, she could have been looking at an important position in The Don's inner circle. Perhaps as secretary for Women's Rights or something.
Now, she is just gonna go down in history as a 'tell-tale tit' like Monica
