There is a difference between intent to supply and selling. Anyone in possession of more than a gram/small amount can be charged with intent to supply. If you have four quarter-grams in separate bags in your pocket, you get automatically get charged with intent. No, voters that are unable to produce IDs are being barred from attending the rally. It has nothing to do with voter IDs, correct. As far as I know, there is no such thing as a voter ID in the US, and no one has proposed one. Some polling places in the US (and in most of the world) require that an ID be shown and matched to the voter rolls before a person is allowed to vote. The left feels such a requirement puts an undue burden on the people not smart enough (largely their constituents) to have any sort of identification. Do you understand or are you still unclear?

Okay, there is no difference between requiring an ID to get into a public trial, and a requirement for voter ID aimed at making sure the people voting are who they are. Yes, it's the left's position that the people that support them are not smart enough to get a ID. And it's your position that blacks in those "deep south" to not have ID, correct?
