Reasonable profit pr unit should be before cost 50% So his monthly rent is 80k Staff 100k Electricity 20k Insurance 5% of turnover Normally 10 - 30 k a month depending on season and of course size of bar Investment downpay 5% a year Reserve to pay new tv, freedge and everything that you did not think about as well time to pay bills while waiting to gain a proper group of returning well paying customers. The biggest problem is to find loyal staff who stays with you Then you can start calculate profit and how much beer you have to sell.

Just curious, have he run a bar before, how well does he know the bar culture in Thailand, and do he know Pattaya? Buying in as a partner to learn how to run a bar in Pattaya is risky, but still a good way to learn the structure, hidden rules and laws and risk less. Good luck

your description of how your life, was is your experience, and it is time for some to own up to be a man, and take responsibillity for their own actions and what happens to them. We all know what it means to involve with a woman,, especially poor women, and still some just walk in to it with open eyes, and when it goes wrong, they blaim the women like Steven do above. Man up and take responsibility for your mistakes, it doesnt help to wine about it rest of your life. Walk away, forget it,

I guess future is hard to guess, and I know a chromebook can be as good as anything else, but Im not there to help her, and therefor I need something that her friends and hopefully a teacher whould be able to help with. More or less decided PowerBuy is the place to go shopping for her, and hopefully staff there who can set up for us the proper way as well explain her. Also willing to pay for extra training for her to get started, as well if there is any computer program she can do at school as well on the spare time she got. -
Do not buy or invest more than you can pack up in your bags and leave, and never look back! If everyone followed simple rules lime that, and instead invested the rest of the money in an appartment in their own name elsewhere, rented it out, and you would had an safety asset as well for times like this

Ask an Russian, English and an American about WW2 details, and you will be surprised how different they all view the history. I wasnt aware of that before I visited russia in 1991, but had an more specific idea how the minor differences between uk and Usa. -

She do not know what she wants or need, neither do any teachers. The computer room in school, is old desk top models ready to be recycled. The reason I want to sponsor my wife niese is, one of the family friends who just finished school now 17 years old, started to work on Makro, and she was asked if she knew how to use a computer, unfortunate not, and lost an opportunity, If she just had basic knownledge she would had better pay and easier work. Im also willing to sponsor her extra classes so she can learn even in school holidays. She is always on top of the list in the class, and seems to be one of the smarter ones, and always work hard, willing to learn and help my wife on the farm when she have time off. -

Thank you, looks like a good choice indeed. Now, for a school girl at her age, ehat is the difference between notebook and laptop computer? If she would like to edit pictures and video? I guess that would be something they want to do also, I guess this is ok for smaller files without to much rendering? -

Add extra ram should be easy, but I have only done it on Macbooks. Not sure about these cheaper laptops is the same. -

I have 3000 + take offs with low hours pilots, and a couple of houndred flights with professional pilots both commercial airplanes and helicopters. Small cessnas have a totally different statistics because they are small and single engines with less room for failure as well they fly in lower altitudes. What I was reacting to and what I found as bs, was your statement there is no high hours private pilots, all depending on your opinion high hours meaning. Several of our skydiving pilots not paid, flying for hours had several thousands of hours and moved on to commercial training and flying. Edit note, I must have more than 400 commercial flights all together for work and pleasure
