The sucking of nipples in the Grapes of Wrath was a dismal scene indeed, and I liked it. A gritty depiction of life at its lowest, and how one human can help another even when they have, almost, nothing to give.

Immortality

A well-known priest in my small hometown enjoyed photography as a hobby. He died, and the priest that was conducting his funeral accidently said his favorite hobby was 'pornography' instead of 'photography'. He quickly realized what he had done, commented on the dead priest's sense of humor, and everyone had a good laugh.
