Screenshot was provided? As was easy instruction to select the centre box of thd 3 ? I was struggling until I read @KhunBENQ's post saying you had to navigate to "Forum Home" to see the options. I won't have any issues using the grid layout and have already switched to it.

Same for me.

Same for me with my UK HSBC bank account. I told HSBC that I had moved to Thailand permanently over a decade ago and registered my Thai address and telephone number with them. They also post replacement Visa credit & debit cards to my Thai address just before the old ones expire.
