I submit my reports at the earliest possible date. As per @Liquorice post above, if my report is due on the 27th of the month, I submit it on the 13th. I don't depend on the email reminder either. As soon as I get a report approved, I put an entry in my online calendar to remind me a day before the earliest date that I can report online.

I have no problems with refunds to my Lazada wallet, then sent to my bank account. You must be doing something wrong. Same here, but I normally leave any refunds in the wallet and use that money to pay for my next purchase(s).
