What enquiry are you referring to anyway? This was a review of the pact the EU has with Israel, not an enquiry. Any serious action taken, a big if then it takes a unanimous decision of member states which they just do not have. In addition keeping the 17 member states that wanted the review in lockstep will still be a problem. Any action will not be announced till the end of the summer, note if any action! The review outcome also needs to be presented to Israel first.
