OP since your friend is from the US, where 80000 USD yearly  pensions with health insurance are not  uncommon  he may be able to get an LTR/WP visa?

Top three universities depending on hours 30-105k. The top end of this might take you three or four years to acquire the classes. It's also possible that other teachers not stepping aside and you never do

 

Chula offered me 57k I think for 12 hours. As each course and set of contact hours were added I would be bonus stop I believe it was about 15,000. As I recall the top salary for four courses was a bit over 100k. My resume is pretty impressive but I only have a postgraduate diploma in education.

Could someone explain what the motivations are to work for such ridiculous numbers? And in Thailand?!!

Thailand somehow thinks it can surpass France in tourism numbers. Is Bangkok the new Paris? Comparable museums, culture, food, wine, monuments?

What I don't get, is the logic of restricting certain types of engines, while a 100% tax on non e-fuels would be much easier to implement, such revenue could be used to subsidise  innovative environmental projects.

Sex with a minor should be sex with a minor period.  Why 16 and not 15 and a half? If I got caught here I couldn't run to France as I would get caught and prosecuted under French laugh for the sexual offences committed in Thailand.
