Thais should stick to assault and battery which carries a 5000 THB fine. Throw in a deadly weapon like a machete for another 2000 THB. Affordable crimes for Thais.
Leave drones and graffiti and cigarettes at the beach crimes to the farangs who can pony-up 100K or 200K THB.Yes wrong customer. Theory is correct there nothing but thieves and crooks wearing uniforms

The officers - Suyan Phakdeekaew and Wuthiphat Cheuanjampa - wanted to check his driving licence, passport and ask where he got the bike from.
The mistake these two cops made was somehow getting called out. This guy from HK must have made a real stink online. We all know the police here are franchisees, not law enforcement. They have impunity. But, it is supposed to be in private. When exposed, the chief has to make it look like actual “corruption” took place.
Funny stuff. Not real. A fake narrative. Do not buy into the surprised police chief routine. Disappointed that they were called out. Not surprised. They will probably be transferred to a new franchise zone.
the whole station is crooked. There very bad. New PM strip the police

I would also like to see this directive you speak of. Even if you cannot put your hands on it could you please explain what is it about.
Pontius will be along shortly to lead you into the right direction. Give him time to gather the screenshots

Agreed. Will be a while before all the immigration offices sort out what the Headquarters expects, never mind how each office may understand and interpret things
Case by case basis. The problem is fraudulent use of the Embassy. They were not asking for proof of funds on paper and online. They will certify your documents if you are genuine.

The thing i find really sad is the story would suggest it is still possible and seemingly easy to procure a 14 year old child for sex for 500 baht on a popular tourist beach here, very sad.

What a piece of scum? Thinks she is upset because he short changed her on his original offer. You raped a child dude. Maybe a goodly few years in the slammer will help him understand that this was a truly vile thing to do. I for one wouldn't shed a tear if the same happens to him while he is in there.
nothibg will happen to him in jail. They all like it

The guy being so young is scary. As most sexual predators never are 'cured', this animal will come out of prison a relatively young man with probably an increased hatred of women (in his mind it's their fault he did time). This guy could hit the news again in 5-10 yrs, hell they don't track released deviants properly in 1st world countries let alone here.
He will be lucky to do 3 years. His a Thai man. Here Woman are nothing..There primitives as proven by police blocking female officers. l don't look at them as police anyway.

Looks like a whole load of evidence could be either lost or corrupted judging by the condition and length of time the " Phoenix " has been underwater,
Hmmm
There is no evidence. A old boat and a untrained captain Somchai. Along with a overcrowded vessel and huge seas.

What happened to the Hongkong nightclub owner who had to pay millions to the police but he went to another policestation where they helped him.
Those policemen fleed over the border is the last thing i read about it.
This happened last year or so.
All washed away. Finished

The hand me down police chief has proven to be a failure all round. They are not government operated. They must be removed and a new force built. And that's that end.

I think this is a strong possibility. I once had a 30 ton timber built live aboard for my own enjoyment. It could be licensed for 30 people. When I sold it the Thai who was interested wanted to pack 100 on board. The upper deck was the largest open area. That sale did not go through.
