i got a single entry non-imm-o from London when I produced evidence that I was

in receipt of my OAP, I was not offered any multi-entry non-imm-o's or any multi-entry Tourist visa as it appears they have phased them out.

I applied in Liverpool and it took about five days.

You don’t get offered a visa you tick the boxes of the one you want. Top right hand side is where you put “M”.

    I didn't submit any evidence.

I just emailed the Glasgow consulate asking if they did applying in person non-o multiple entry based on having a child.

I have all the corrects documents required according to the London embassy website (copy birth certificate , proof of income), these have been good enough when applying in Vientiane where I have been issued 3 non -o in the past but there I have also had to provide copies of my sons / girlfriends blue book and her ID card but according to the London embassy website this is not required!

I can't understand why I have been issued in Laos without being married but according to the Glasgow office I'm not entitled to the non-o unless I'm married. Also I know lots of people in Thailand what are not also married and get the multiple non-o!!!

The lady also states in the email '

Only the mothers have custody rights over their children.'

I don't understand this comment as I'm not wanting custody I stay in Thailand with my child and girlfriend as a family and have no intention of having custody!!

Different visa’s available in different countries

It doesn't matter what the police assumes; isn't it up to the public prosecutor to imply that he was drunk as he refused the alcohol test and up to the judge to make the assumption and decide to punish him for it? As he already refused the test it should be a done case (part of the law that when you refuse you get the same penalty as when you comply and are found over the limit).

I never really understood Thai law where the police is prosecutor and judge in one.

Police decide who to prosecute and in many cases mediate between parties to reach a cash settlement.

    Strange country...

But ideally suited to those that are “ high “

on a good day, walking along the south side footpath of soi 13/1 along Hopf Brew house you can hear and might catch a glimpse of newspaper being vigorously read out through the bilowing curtain above and this is during the day... I wouldn't dare imagine what goes on at night

Also st rooms if you walk up right hand side of the 7/family, next to subway on beach road

You sir speak a lot of sense:

The Largest Rice Importers In The World
Rank Country Rice Imported (1,000 metric tons)
    1 China 4,700
    2 Nigeria 3,000
    3 Phillippines 1,800
    4 Iran 1,600

Sorry white gentlemen but Thailand needs Nigeria more than you think. Deal with the black people or ship back to Europe and whatever cold climes you crawled from.

so is that 4700 x 1000 tons of rice ?
