The image is still being displayed on the website, however you cannot save it. Previously when this happened, if I found it on Internet Explorer cache, I could view and save it. With this specific image, today I cannot.

Deleting Microsoft Edge, then using Internet Explorer, this time I was not only able to find the file, but open it - headway. Now although opened can still not be saved, is there some kind of tweak that can be done to permit this?

Yes I am trying to find, and then view, images in a cached folder. I normally use Mozilla Firefox, but for this purpose I can use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Whatever really is easiest to use please. I am using Windows 7.

This of course used to be easy, but now is looking to be quite a formidable task. So maybe there's some kind of obscure browser that would still show up hidden entries in its cache, and what's could be viewed easily.
