I certainly was in the UK thirty years ago and I was there all this summer. I see a lot of improvements over that time, though a dramatic decline over the past ten years, non of which is related to immigration.

Putting aside the fact the UK is a nation of mixed cultures and languages and has been for centuries of recorded history, Welsh, Irish, Scotts and their respective languages.
