instead they have done everything possible to keep their child's disappearance in the public eye.
Wrong, the mother refused to answer the 20 plus questions asked of her by the Portuguese police. They have hindered the investigated into the daughters disappearance right from the start.

To throw responsibility away from themselves. They can't be seen to give up.

I can understand Madeleine McCanns mother not talking to the police if she is implicated in her disappearance. But to be totally innocent and refusing to assist the police in their investigation can only mean one thing in my book.
Anyway this is discussion for another separate thread. I'm finished on this matter unless someone wishes to start a separate thread?

I'm sorry to burst your bubble but the documentary goes through all the tin foil hat theories, and debunks them.
Debunked? You believe a documentary that conforms to your point of view. Yeah right.

This will mean that from about the end of June the new rules will be in place.
Hopefully by that time the RTP and its traffic cops will know what they are doing.
And have some idea of the law.
I doubt it very much.

Okay, pray tell us what we voted for then if it wasn't either Exit or Remain? Quite simple really but what you're insinuating is that Brexiteers didn't understand the question. Whereas in the referendum in '75 they understood the 'Yes-No' question? No argument there as the decision went in pro EU voters favour.

Obviously you are old and don't care to destroy the future of the young ones. I call it selfish. At least
The EU ruined my past as It's really gave the UK nothing. Hence why the majority voted Brexit. 40 odd years of living within the EU and the majority of voters tell you it's time to leave. Does that not tell you something????

You are 100% wrong. But I couldn't care less about the Pound devaluing as long as we Brexit. Something I've waited nearly 45 years to happen. Don't listen to the doom forecasters.

Said 3 years ago, on here, that it'd be a 'Hard Brexit'. Hurry up and bring it on. Stuff the EU. 3 years wasted.

We live out in the Thai countryside where people will live in any old run down wooden building. On taking my wife to the UK I took her to my mothers house. At the side of the house my mother had a rundown wooden garage which needed pulling down as it was that bad. After meeting my mother my wife turned, pointed to the garage, and asked 'who lives there'?

Do I need to submit a TM30 as the owner
I was always under the belief that the manager of the condo block was required to file the TM 30?
QuoteThe home owner or property manager has the tenant or guest fill out the form then they file the form in-person with the immigration office.

She will have been guided by the advice of her lawyer.
The same lawyer(s) that told her to not answer 48 questions? If my daughter went missing I'd assist the police as much as they wanted. The McCanns didn't. Totally the opposite.
QuoteWhen Portuguese Police pulled Kate McCann in for questioning on 6 and 7 September, she was asked 48 separate questions to help the police establish what really happened to Madeleine. One of the questions was this simple one: “When you entered the apartment at 10.00pm to check on the children, what did you see?”.
Despite the fact that she was the mother of a missing child and desperate to find her, she refused to answer a single question. Many people cannot understand how a mother of a missing child could refuse to give the police all the help that she could.Unless.........

have no problem with this as long as they only fine the owners/operators of the properties, and not the hapless tourist who probably doesnt even know that someone was supposed to register him.
What about the poor Thai who does not know that they're supposed to register a foreigner staying with them? It's not as if it's general knowledge is it? What utter idiots.

Move to a city? Who would want to live in a city? I'm fine as I am out in the countryside and wouldn't want it any other way.

Yes used cars are expensive in Thailand
Because the car was originally bought on credit which adds to the purchase price. Thais try to recoup the credit payment by putting it on their asking price. Simple innit?

I believe money lending is illegal here unless you are government registered. If anyone has committed an offence it's the illegal lenders. My take on this is that the wife is gambling and can't pay her gambling debt. Tea money to the police works wonders.

The website is in Thai so unless you read and write Thai it is not much use!
Cuz it's the Thai that has to do the reporting.
QuoteYou have to register in order to use the online reporting. It is primarily meant to be used by hotels and etc but a few immigration offices allow individuals to register.
This is the login page for doing it. https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn24online/
