In a motorcycle group that goes on regular outings. I also teach math eight hours a week to Myanmar high school refugee students. That led to being asked to join Rotary to assist in a scholarship program they run. I did zero of those things before I retired. Whatever you like to do, or think you want to try, there is a Facebook group for it, no matter where you live. I actually think there's more opportunity here to stay busy than in the US, but to each his own.

People hate Trump because he is a disrupter, at the highest level. I worked in corporate for many years and almost all successful corporations have gone through major disruptions at some point. No, the Federal government is not a corporation, but it has grown fat and lazy and sorely in need or re-inventing. Many people hate change, and therefore hate Trump, but without it I think our government was in a slow death spiral. Yes, the cure may be painful in the short-term, but better to get it out of the way now.
