Criticism Grows Over Alcohol Sales on Religious Holidays at Airports
SAFETY FIRST replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Many millions of non Buddhist foreigners commute through airports, alcohol should be allowed. I worked offshore Saudi Arabia, I'm not Muslim but was denied a beer after my month of hard work because they don't allow alcohol. All the lounges only had Budweiser 0% alcohol, disgusting. -

This is more mental health related, not necessarily an alcohol issue. -

This is good news. I'd take a journey up country, sit back, drinking a few beers, looking at the beautiful countryside with my gf, then off to the sleeper for some hanky panky. How cool 😎 -

This man looks like the guy I nearly tripped over coming out the 7eleven this morning, even dressed the same. He was sprawled out with an empty bottle of Lao Khao next to him. -
Working offshore, Songkhla, decided to live here, too far to travel Australia and back every month.

Chaos in Pattaya: Motorbike taxi drivers tarnish tourist hotspot
SAFETY FIRST replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
I see it differently, I reckon it's the disrespectful tourists arriving like 'Mrs. Bedi' who are damaging Thailand. Too many troublemakers arriving these days. -

Maybe its more women are complaining..... Btw women, just a heads up, nobody signals in Thailand. There was an incident recently between Karen and an Indian Taylor. Now this is a recipe for disaster, it ended with a slap, now Karen is seeking compensation. 😂- 81 replies

I see you've posted a few threads regarding this issue. I've also highlighted it over the years. These days I avoid all foreigners, you just don't know who the Nutjobs are, many sleepers out there, one could be one around the next corner. I just stick to socialising with family and close friends.

Aussie craft beer in Thailand
SAFETY FIRST replied to Mekmong MICK's topic in Australia & Oceania Topics and Events
While we are on the subject of Aussie beers.... Tooheys draught cans and bottles. I never thought anything of it until I arrived in Thailand and the Poms would ask me how can Tooheys make a draught beer in bottles and can? They'd say draft beer can only be poured from the tap. -
So check-points are what stops you? You don't give a damn about the family you might wipe out then I didn't say that. Where did I say that? If English is not your first language Google translate will help you. You won't embarrass yourself.

Thanks mate for the info, sorry to hear. My main concern driving on the roads here in Thailand, drunk drivers and people on their phones.
