  1. Try this Facebook group. https://www.facebook.com/groups/727056641837249/?ref=share&mibextid=NSMWBT Avoid buying anything without a title (Chanote).
  2. Crickey, I didn't think anyone ate that stuff anymore.
  3. I renewed both licences Banglamung Chonburi DLT, November. I used one original medical certificate and one copy. Same with the CofR, one original, one copy.
  4. Not sure what all the fuss is about, I take my pet lion out in my Bentley convertible daily 🤣
  5. Crickey, failed the 'I am not a robot' test. Sorry to hear R2-D2. 🤣
  6. Nothing wrong here. After leaving school, Did my training with Petro Chemical Industries, Sydney. Worked for oil companies for many decades. Love combustion engines, I'm a big fan of the V8, owned many in Australia. Can't see me driving an EV, something about them, maybe it's that South African born guy, Elon Musk, creepy guy.
  7. Getting nasty because you haven't thought it through, just trying to big note yourself. Now you reply with hostility, like a child, grow up. I knew there was something wrong with you when you instructed the mods on how to do their job, hijacking quote. 🤣
  8. 8 years old the car will be worthless. New batteries required. https://www.drive.com.au/news/toyota-electric-car-resale-values/
  9. Any recent hijackings? 🤣 I reckon its still early days, lots of design changes to come. Those who have bought EV cars are taking a risk. Resales will be well down, who will buy these used EV vehicles? I struggle to understand the type of person who buys an EV, are they 'want to be's', 'showoffs' etc? What's really weird is those who buy an EV and live in a condo or apartment without powered charging, my time is too precious to wait for an available public charger. I've got a hybrid, that's as far as I go until I know how the used EV car market will adjust, we don't hang on to our vehicles forever.
  10. Are you OUT OF YOUR MIND? You should be embarrassed even declaring this on our forum.
  11. Doubt that there are many people working in Bangkok are on the minimum daily wage.
  12. Australian dentists, they make you angry. Most are Bloody Thieves.
  13. If you have PR you can have your name in a Blue house book. I don't have PR.
  14. I bought my first motorbike early 2000's, Yamaha Mio from Mityon soi Buakhao the same salesman still works there, I've bought a few bikes from him. I probably wouldn't have bought any if I was unable to get a CofR.
  15. Did you take it to an authorized Isuzu dealer? Local mechanics may not know.
  16. If they are sold out wouldn't that make the 'available units' now 'unavailable units'?
  17. I renewed my 5 year driving licences (car and bike) at Chonburi (Banglamung) DLT November and used my house blue book to get a CofR.
  18. I'm on a retirement visa now. New car and bike sales would have taken a big hit. The guys I work with come to Thailand on tourist visas and would regularly buy new vehicles
  19. I'm probably very different to most people here. I've been working offshore on a drilling rig, I made Thailand my home in my 30's, I had to adapt, I only needed a tourist visa as my rotation is 28 days on and off, you soon get to know your way around when you're thrown in the deep end. 2015 I worked offshore, Songkla. Prior to that, 18 years ago I had never worked in Thailand, my bank (Kasikorn) issue me a Platinum credit card, I now have a Wisdom card also. So many changes in Thailand over the years, sadly for the worse.
  20. Not likely. Why would you say that, are you 100% sure. I was getting residency certificates for 15 years on a tourist visa.
  21. You are not making any sense. Have you been drinking?
  22. So from what I'm reading, you supply IO with false information.
  23. Most will be registered in a Blue Book but they won't be property owners. Geeze I got the dill brigade here today.
