    Crazy idea. 1. You won't achieve the rental yield you may be expecting. 2. Property managers will not "manage" your property. They will find a tenant (for a fee, usually one month's rent) and collect the rent on your behalf. They will do absolutely nothing else. It's not the same as having a property manager in the west, forget inspections....repairs ect
