Very true. Sad that so few seem to come to fruition.
I see the 'high speed' railway is still on track to be completed within two years.
<end of sarcasm mode>

Great thing about this car (and other Mitsuokas really) is that it's based on the NC MX-5. So the Mitsuoka brand may be gone in Thailand but it's still easy and cheap to maintain.
what about insurance costs??

When I saw the headline I assumed they'd rounded up another horde of geriatric bridge-playing villains.
they were not rouded up, as they were caught in a room playing bridge......rounded up is like rounding up sheep/cattle etc !!

It's hardly surprising. Only a couple of years ago didn't Pattaya city officials declare that bridge was illegal? In fact they jailed some pensioners playing bridge, attracting quite a lot of criticism at the time.
dont think they got jailed.....think it was a 5k fine....but to this day NO ONE actually know what happened...there was NO follow up story.....like many things on here....

The lack of maintenance of manhole covers is a major problem throughout Bangkok. I have been told to never step on one because it could collapse at any time. Several foreigners have been injured because of this.
and how does ONE claim compensation for damages...i.e hospital costs (if needed)???
