Depends how many credits are taken, Rangsit is about 110 k / year ( 2 semesters). This is for a business major. 

I wouldn’t get too worried. I don’t think the millionaires will be beating a path in their thousands to the sign up desk.

Unfortunately if you kill a dog in your car, everyone claims to own it. If a dog bites you it’s a street dog. Fact of life hear.

You should be able to find it on PLAY STORE, or APP STORE depending on what phone you have. Just search “Mor Prom”

The 13 digit CID number on your vaccine centre paperwork will work. I believe it’s individually assigned to you. Thais just put in their ID card details. 
Registering on Mor Prom is pretty easy. 
it’s in Thai and English. Doesn’t matter if you did not register for the vaccine on Mor Prom.

On balance when you look at the hoops that people need to jump through to get here , provide Covid insurance, and then do some sort of “quarantine” , with  several Covid tests during quarantine ( ignoring the fact that currently if they return to say the UK, they have more quarantine to put up with), added to the fact that many venues such as restaurants, bars and other entertainment venues have severe restrictions placed on their businesses, I’d have to say NO.

I guess you could try looking for ways to improve the processes at your work place. Will get the grey cells working at least.

Yes, the vaccination centre issued a certificate right after the second shot. You can also get the Ministry of health certificate by registering on Mor Prom. 

I’m over 60 , registered when Expatvac appeared and had my first shot 19th August. Based in Pattaya area.

At Rangsit in BKK our daughters first year fees (21 credits-International programme) was about Thb 66k, Books maybe another 2/3K, Accomodation/Utilities/food etc  about 40k. Call it Thb 110 k all in/Semester.

To date there has been a big focus on places with a large population. I think going forward it will be more of a challenge as the programme reaches further away from the big population hubs, Logistics will play a big part in the success or failure of the target. I do wish them well on getting to the 100 million though by end of December.

Yes, Pfizer is starting to flow in the Pattaya area. Had my first shot this PM. 

Quickly provide and ramp up stable vaccine delivery ( not Sinovac) , and ease restrictions  on some businesses. It will help.

If there has to be a discussion on greater short term AZ retention in Thailand then let it be that, not just a “let’s do it” action.

Not a good idea to just stop exports. Negotiate a variation to the agreement to increase the amount retained in Thailand over say a 3 month period. More prudent way to go I would say, to avoid consequences of just stopping.

Fill the form in, and have a list of the medication you need and the address of the source. Haven’t heard of any serious checkpoints ( And indeed that’s probably why so many cars at the weekend are seen in Pattaya)

The post office at Naklua have customs/ duty service. Only a 15/20 minute drive from Jomtien.

Been required at Jomtien selectively over the last 3 years from memory. Last 3 extensions they arsked for a bank balance check 3 months later twice. Must say though the paperwork is more formal now. Three yearts ago you just turned up, showed them the book and you were done. Now they want copies of passport, visa etc etc. No biggy, but I think its here to stay.

I'd say the lockdown should be for 30 days, not 7. If youre going to do something, do it so it has a major impact.

10 years ago I looked at importing two 1970's British classics. The cost was prohibitive as was the paperwork. Gave it up as a bad job and let them go for a song in the UK. I believe now the rules and duties are even more stringent.

Understand the sentiments, but the big key to this is getting everyone vaccinated. It appears that the programme is still on a go slow....just my view.

Just an observation..........Most of the Thais and farang that ride big cc motorbikes in general wear helmets , and more than shorts, vest and flip flops when they are out riding. It's the oiks on the small ( and sometimes fast) motorbikes/scooters that are the biggest culprits. Just my view. 

So I estimate that should those fines be imposed , the average cost of a trip by the majority of drivers would add up to about Thb 3,500 from The last toll booth heading into Pattaya  on Highway 7 to say Central festival on Beach road Pattaya. Just a guess based on the list of rules and fines assigned to each.....
