  1. Well consistency would be nice. Last run from Ranong Andaman Club Pier, gobby cow gives me hard time about 20k and why did we go to Mukdahan etc. I went 13 days early today. Just to ensure I had the cash. Not a word is said. She wasn't there.

The Burmese side have had a makeover. Chatty and smiles. I nearly missed the boat back, they wanted to know about a book I was reading. So a brief lesson on The Wars of the Roses lol.

  2. Wife was tapping earlier in the week, the Burma's son a little higher up. A few drops of rain. He sets of home shouting it's raining. Wife sits down, lights a fag, after 5 mins she looks up sees stars, carries on tapping.

  3. In this case, the reports are that the friends, family and imans warned the police and anti terrorist line that he posed a danger and was talking about a suicide mission. So the local mosque could have been crucial, provided the information received was used.

A fellow student of the POS warned police 2 years ago, that he was going round saying being a suicide bomber was an honourable thing to do.

  4. Stop  that please. There has not even been an investigation .
The explosion occurred in an area before the entry to the arena. Unless there are obligatory searches of any and all who walk in public places, then there was no way to  physically prevent the suicide bomber. It is quite difficult to initiate and execute public searches as it is  a breach of basic civil liberties and would be contested.  So what if there was a cursory search of a purse? The bomber is believed to have been a male wearing an explosive device. The only way to have stopped him would have been to ban all males including parents picking up their kids, from being 100 m. from the entry. Ever been to  the arrivals at Swampy? Have a look at the throngs of people packed waiting to pick someone up. That's what it was like outside the arena.

Off your high horse. It was people who attended the concert who told BBC that.
