  2. Are you in Bangkok ?, if so I can recommend a agent who is very respectable myself and some of my friends used her service
  3. The law firm I used isaanlawyers.com cost was 6,000฿, the whole process was done via email and Line app. First I done my research at the local land office to make sure they would grant me the usufruct before instruction the law firm.
  4. Reason it works is because everyone pays the same price fare of 20฿. The new BTS 20฿ fare system is only for Thai. I got my wife to register her rabbit card onto the system, when I head into town I will just take her rabbit card
  5. It's a small coffee stand outside Time square mall opposite side of the road to soi17 on Sukhumvit call coffee love, great people watching location and not expensive
  6. As long as you have a 5 year Thai license, there no appointment need just turn up. I applied for one last year at Bang Chak
  7. 1 born every minute 🥱

  9. I had to change my Wise UK address over to my Thai address, as I could provide proof of verification of my UK address ( as I use mail forwarding company UK address ) Showing proof of my Thai address isn't a problem. I would much appreciated any feedback, pros & cons of having a Thai address with Wise ?.
  10. When I first opened my wise account 10 year's agoI registered my UK address. Now I living in Thailand for 8 years I changed my UK address with my Thai address, I haven't occurred any problems with my transfers
  11. Same UK address I always had with Wise for past 10 year's.
  12. I was just a little surprised/confused why Wise didn't ask for any documents to confirm my address. just a click of red banner and that's it, unless Wise going to ask for confirmation documents in due course.
  13. Looking for feedback please. I had a email today from Wise asking me to confirm my residential address on your Wise account. You'll need to confirm the residential address on your Wise account. To confirm my address, I had to tap on the red square in my wise app or log in to your account . I log into my app on my mobile clicked on the red banner, Wise them asked me to input my UK post code, then a drop-down menu I had to select my home address which I did. Then a message popped up saying all DONE thank you, if we need any documents we be in touch. My question is wise haven't ask for any proof or documents to confirm the residential address, have anyone had the same experience ?.
