  1. Have they all been stopped now ?? on replies. I've had no response from AN when I contacted them
  2. Jeez I have never even thought about counting the puffs in a ciggy Now I want to.
  3. No I don't admire him one bit as I said "I HAD a friend" he ain't no friend of mine anymore.
  4. The Family Court is at the Main Amphur in your Province Aka Town Hall , They have always given me correct answers, you should not generalize.
  5. OK I won't tell you to put message to bank "Do not exchange funds'' as I don't use HSBC
  6. They will stoop to any means to stop MFP becoming the legit Government of Thailand.
  7. Yes it costs money I pay BKB and yet receive none, PEA just send I didn't ask them to. I don't understand your point. Phone calls cost money yet Immigration will phone when necessary.
  8. So true the only bank that has kept all credibility to me for 20+ years is Krungsri I have never had to contact them for any problems, BKB fail, SBC fail.
  9. I pay by Direct Debit and only get an SMS to say how much it is, I should also get one from my bank but that has stopped for some unknown reason.
  10. He might have been helping them with enquires.
  11. About the same kind of talk when their sober. I had a friend one time had a nice pretty young one sit next to him, He gave her 200b and said 'right I don't want to hear about your family or your kids' He regretted that she had nothing else much to say
  12. Don't go yet, My friend died in a Hospital from MND and was sent by the police from Koh Chang to BKK for autopsy.
  13. All that is needed is 'the letter' from the Family Court, that did the Probate, but of course if you contact lawyers then obviously you have to pay them. What I'm trying to say is I don't think a lawyer is necessary, it will still go to probate the court would not hold back probates otherwise normal poor Thais would never get "The Letter"
  14. I know for a fact it's not frozen for at least 5 months if at all, I don't think any officials tell the bank. I had my dead friends ATM card and Pin num. ( I used to take his money out every month as he had lost the use of all muscle) His family in NZ told me I could keep his money and anything left over, as we had done all the cremation and all the other expenses that went along with that, Illegal maybe, but ...it was not a fortune around 110k all up. The bank still have not been informed of his death, nearly 2 yrs later.
  15. I presume you mean in Thailand. The family court does the probate in your province, I don't know the 'Fee' but I doubt it is much as in all Amphur fees. If you are concerned I would ask there.
  16. Don't worry there are ways to stay for the rest of your life.
  17. So hypocritical when they blocked Pita becoming PM, get the Dinosaurs out LOL maybe freedom of speech would help, in or out of the classroom.
  18. I'm surprised they don't try flying the helicopters upside down to suck it up into the sky and away TIT after all.
  19. So who was she lending others money to? a loan is normally repayable + interest. That is the definition of a loan. IMO that is a definite suggestion she is/was a loan shark. A loan is not a Gift.
  20. Doesn't sound like she has much left, just over 7m, and she made loans to 'Others' I'd be checking her gambling buddies to whom she may have loaned the money to. Still sound like she was being a loan shark to me.
  21. Apart from the cost, anything digital will be scammed one way or another, especially in Thailand.
  22. And yet all the calls I have had all speak Thai, I guess they are able to re-route calls somehow.
  23. So Her Husband dies and leaves her a fortune, she then re-marries not long after, she is/was a gambler that use to disappear for a couple of days at a time (BP), and sounds like she was a loan shark, more checking in more detail of her money flow, who did she loan money to? . could reveal a lot more.
