  2. They were very good books indeed here is what is left of my collection. I even used the Laos and Cambodian ones 5 yrs ago. still useful for hotels and transport/maps. All those years ago before minibuses picked you up at your hotel and took you wherever. India 'go down the ally between this shop and that shop the busses are there' was a typical help. without that i would never have found RINGO hotel Delhi,
  3. Yes 'coz ILLIGAL to import just 2 pills.
  4. Discovery ? looks like its been there for many many years.
  5. How did her son know, did he buy the vid ?
  6. A gun, Meth, physical assault, and false plates. bang him up.
  7. Great poof reading , was it a magic gun that hung in the air when ordered, was the gun loaded with meth, ???? oh I give up.
  8. Why would a taxi stop if your on the wrong side of the road, taxis should not refuse a fare, end of. I tried getting a taxi from nanna to my embassy one time, every one refused ''me only go airport'' basically the traffic was very heavy in the morning and they just didn't want to go that way. I ended up getting a M/C taxi and still got ripped off, but speeding along footpaths and cutting through hotel car parks was fun
  9. Yes any big stuff is kept inside their sorting office.
  10. Then look at flogging a dead horse, he also had other stuff that customs didn't like but *importing* the valium was illegal
  11. Condo or house?
  12. So pay the street food vendors with a Credit card, OK I'll try that on my next pancake purchase.
  13. Dogs and handlers were being trained, so maybe finished being trained by now.
  14. I missread your quote "same *here* many times."
  15. Thailand doesn't have sniffer dogs yet.
  16. Saw a YouTube blogger who entered the UK with just 2 valium pills from Thailand, he has a court appearance coming up, when they have finished going through his phone and other equipment, he made 1hr blogs every day for 18 months. I'll let you do the math on that, on how long that will take them. Why risk it, if you need the pills, visit a doctor, get a scrip.
  17. Was he an outlaw motor bike gang member, goatee white beard, and loads of tattoos, with a look of a steroid abuse user.
  18. Yes you can not run overhead wires across other peoples land, use underground special double insulated cable in conduit (that could work out cheaper than concrete posts). That is what I had to do. But going ''past'' land is crazy, everywhere here it goes 'past' land but officially it must be 4 meters high. And as said who owns the road?
